She also made a confusing comment about "main" procedures being covered, but when I followed up on that, she changed her wording and broke it down in a way that felt condescending. As someone new to the office, I didn't feel welcomed or respected. I genuinely wanted to schedule here because of the many positive reviews, but my interaction with the front desk left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because first impressions matter and this one made me reconsider becoming a patient.
