The waiting room has a Tv, reading material and fresh coffee. Dr Peretz has filled my cavities, done my crowns with the most professional and up to date procedures. Always with the most painless treatments. I was pregnant when I first started to come here and my daughter has been coming here until she moved to New York. Later, she mentioned that I could send my information in something she could've just told me from the start. The tone throughout the conversation was very sarcastic and passive-aggressive. When I called back to confirm that my insurance was indeed active. I asked about my potential co-pay, and although I had no issue providing my information, she stated that even with it, she couldn't tell me. She also made a confusing comment about "main" procedures being covered, but when I followed up on that, she changed her wording and broke it down in a way that felt condescending. As someone new to the office, I didn't feel welcomed or respected. I genuinely wanted to schedule here because of the many positive reviews, but my interaction with the front desk left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because first impressions matter and this one made me reconsider becoming a patient.
