I have enjoyed a number of massages at Majic Handz. Sinnai is an excellent masseuse. He can aptly remove knots from my back: 1) without causing pain, and 2) with no pain afterward. The first knot he worked on for me was a doozy. I knew it was there, thus, I scheduled a massage after locating his services via Groupon. I read his bio and thought he was worth a try. I have been going back ever since. He is a professional who gets the job done for a great price. I ended up purchasing the 3-massage package he regularly offers. I will note that the location is inside of an office building and I noticed on each appointment that voices in the neighboring business can be heard. However, with appropriate music to go along with an excellent Swedish Deep Tissue massage, it doesn't bother me. Actually, I think I may have fallen asleep on my last visit. I highly recommend Majic Handz for those knots in your back or if you need a sports massage. read more

If I could give zero stars I would ! A very unprofessional liar. I drove 45 mins for my first appointment and he double booked so I had to leave and my time was wasted ! The second time I probably got 47 mins of a 60 min massage if that ! And HE offered me a COMPLIMENTARY 90 min massage for my trouble and finally booked me a complimentary 60 min massage and had me come all the way to his suite and lied about being 45 mins behind schedule then messaging saying he was 50 ADDITIONAL mins away in traffic straight B.S and horrible lying customer service. read more

I purchased a massage package from Sinnai at Majic Hands Massage and paid in full for two services. However, despite multiple attempts over several months, I was unable to schedule any appointments because the provider would not share his availability. After repeatedly trying to book a session without success, I requested a refund. Although he stated that he would process it, more than a month has passed and I still have not received my refund. I continue to receive assurances that it has been handled, but no payment has been returned. I've been a loyal client for over 2yrs. I'm not sure what led to this situation, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not purchasing services in advance --especially if you are considering paying in advance. The legal battle is not worth it. Choose a more reputable provider. read more

I took appointment twice and both times I have to go back home after being there on time. The first time I was there, had to knock the door multiple times, call him, text him and then after 15 minutes I get a text response that the AC is not working so he won't be doing the massage and he said that he had sent everyone a message but I didn't receive any email or text about that cancellation. Second time, reached there and again knocked the door, called and texted for the first 15 minutes and then he would respond to the text and open the door. He said to wear a mask, and I told him that I will get it from my car and I went to my car and came back within a minute. He locked the door again, I had to again knock multiple times, call and text and then after 15 minutes he tells me that he thought you went back because you didn't had a mask so he left to grab lunch. It didn't take me a minute to come back after grabbing my mask from car. This place is 40 minutes drive from my place and so much of my time wasted just because he didn't care about his customer. I had to take break from my work for this massage and was highly disappointed. I will not at all recommend this to anyone. Found out about this service thru Groupon, and was looking forward to becoming a client too. I am VERY disappointed in Sinnai's lack of communication. A day before my well needed massage, he cancels saying he has a stomach virus. Ok thanks, but at least reschedule me at the soonest possible appt. I reached out asking him to pencil me in for the following Monday and/or if he had weekend availability. He did not respond to me at all. This is very poor business practice, and unfortunately he lost a potential customer. People reach out for massage services because they are in pain, so for him to completely ignore his potential clients shows a lack of empathy and regard for those needs. The number never picks up, the voicemail is full, and he leaves your texts on "read"(even though groupon suggests voicemail or text). I ended up having to request a refund due to no response.
