I also appreciate that neither Dr Jesse or her dental assistant Dayna tried selling me into procedures that I didn't need like some other dentists tried in the past - straight to what I needed (fixing the cosmetic bonding of a tooth that I chipped a long time ago that was decolored and uneven). He has a very light touch for both cavities and oral surgery. He will also take the time to explain and answer any of your dental questions. His enthusiasm is also unmatched. I never thought I would ever recommend a dentist TOO ANYONE. Dr Torre presents a very calm demeanour and also has a very light touch when filling cavities. He too is very attentive with all my oral hygiene and tooth related inquiries. These two are the only dental professionals I trust!!!! I have recommended them to all of my friends, and have heard back that they too will never book anywhere else. Life dental is unlike any other dental experience I have ever had; they are very professional and I find my healing time is quicker than ever. The proof is in the pudding. And this pudding is exceptional :)

I went to the hotel front desk and they suggested I see if your practice could help. We walked over to the office on a friday afternoon at 3:45 and explained my issue. The staff said no problem we can fit you in roughly 20 minutes. They x-rayed, took pictures and were able to prepare my tooth for our two week vacation! I wish I could give this team more that a five star rating! They were professional, kind, responsive without any hesitation. If you were in my neighborhood, I would come to you for all of my dental needs. Thank you for all you did for me! I was so impressed! You are incredible!

What i didn't like is that this place is crazy busy and on my last appointment i felt my work was rushed , Dr Roshen was running between me and the patient next room, so he was trying to do two work at the same time, in fact he froze the top of my mouth (which even made me not feel my nose for hours) and ended up by not being able to finish the work, my work that was suppose to be an hour lasted more than 2 hours(I waited manytimes with tubes in my mouth while the dentist was in the other room working on someone else), I think its unprofessional for a dentist to freeze someone and then tell em "hey look I am overbooked and i wont finish the work, come back some other time" in a previous appointment the hygienist spent 45 minutes on my cleaning and told me i have to come back for the other half? They first booked me a cleaning with the hygienist in their Coquitlam location, and the hygienist was very pushy, trying to get me to get Invisalign. I had told the girl that I wasn't in a position to pay $500 a month to get something I didn't NEED. They had called me multiple times thereafter to ask about it. But that wasn't the issue. I visited Suterbrook to get some work done on my teeth. What should've been a 1-2 hour max session turned into 5 whole hours. The dentist was moving back and forth between me and other patients. This was NOT ok, especially since it was during COVID times. I got frustrated so I had asked him and the assistant multiple times to see how much longer I would have to wait, and was given an inaccurate estimate.. again. Would not recommend going here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Once I was taken back to the room, I was introduced to the Girl who was going to assist the Dentist with the Botox. We made conversation as she went over my pre session paperwork. Then the Dentist arrived, and he was awesome. So kind & friendly with a great sense of humour. We talked about my history with Botox, asked about a areas of concern, and I squinted and smiled while they took notes as to where they would Inject. After we discussed how much was to go where as per the result I was looking for, and then it was on to the main event! Botox isn't completely painless, but I really don't mind how it feels. It was over quickly. They checked it, added a bit more. Then it was done. Chatted to the Dentist a bit more - he was super funny and really easy to talk to - really nice guy. I will definitely return. And do highly recommend! Oh and on the way out - I got a gift of a toothbrush toothpaste and a few other things - a very nice touch indeed.

I booked an appointment for my daughter. The staff was helpful, the assistant was supportive and the dentist ( Dr. Mitchell) was super friendly to my daughter, making her comfortable and giving me clear information about the treatment required. Unfortunately, the clinic doesn't provide the service, but, based on my experience there, I would hugely recommend this clinic.

There was one appointment where Dr. Baird spent over an hour explaining to me everything in terms of my current dental situation including things other dentists never mentioned. His whole staff is also really nice, especially Megan who has been amazing in terms of helping me with my invisilign trays (since I kept losing them.). If you're looking for a dentist in Vancouver, Dr. Baird is by far the best! I recently moved from downtown to further away and I would rather commute over half an hour to visit this clinic instead of moving to a new one.
