The company refused to refund a single dollar, despite having ample notice to potentially rebook the date. Their justification was that the contract states all payments are non-refundable. While technically allowed by their contract, this policy is extremely customer-unfriendly and feels more like a money grab than reasonable business practice. Most reputable companies will work with customers when given significant advance notice, but this company showed zero flexibility and zero concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with this company carefully read the contract before signing. Do not book unless they remove or modify the "all payments are non-refundable" clause. If your plans change for any reason, even weeks in advance, you could lose every penny you've paid. There are plenty of transportation companies that value their customers and offer fair cancellation policies. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
