(Which is the owner of the shop) and let me tell you, this guy got them magic hands wit the cuts. But all barbers in the shop all are hands down BEAST at giving haircuts and what they do!!! TRASH!!!! Waited for 2 hours and still didnt get a cut. The employees started drinking alcohol in the back and never came back. If I could gove no stars I would. Also they suck at cutting so im glad I took my money elsewhere. Im a Rialto native and I can sure say this is the worst shop in town!! This place is the place for fresh cuts. They take their time to make sure you leave with the cut you came in to get. Very professional and customer service is great. I like the place cause it's very upscale very clean and modern but yet with the old school flare of a barbershop. I'm not sure what (Will D) is talking about playing video games and all but the times I've been here it's been a great experience. This is not a place to go if you are a person with curly hair or with their own preferences. My husband went here November 4th. He was supposed to get a haircut for my dad's wedding but ended up with a disaster. We don't know the name, he doesn't remember and I was with my dad at the time, but when my husband walked in with a booked appointment, it was awful for him. The man just started clipping away at my husband's long curtly hair WHILE it was still in a bun. He didn't ask for my husband's style or how he liked to wear his hair until after he brought up his side burns too far. My husband can remember that he was bringing his hair up too high and the man never even wet his hair. Just cut dry curly hair like as if it was straight hair. It was so bad, when my husband came home he tried to put his hair back into a bun a clump of hair came out. :( I was so disappointed when I saw my handsome husband at the wedding with such messed up hair. If you care about your hair and how it comes out especially if it's long and curly, don't come here or ask for a barber who knows how to handle that kind of hair. read more

Best courtesy barber with the snap back hat!!! I like the spot and everything they provide. They give good haircuts. I just don't agree with the fact there's kids in the barber and putting music that isn't for kids. It's not a couple words. It's lyrics that has them saying something that shouldn't be said. So even after reading the reviews I still decided to try this place out with my 7 year old son. We walked in and I had to stare at one of the guys to play attention to me, he said go ahead and have a seat we'll be with him soon. So as I sat for only 10 mins I noticed all 3 barbers with men in their chairs Not cutting hair all 3 barbers were watching the Soccer game. Worst customer service EVER! My 16 year old son has been coming here for fades for a year. Yesterday my fiancé brought my 3 boys and brother so all 5 of them can get hair cuts. They were here for 4 hours (from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm) and spent over $120.00 on the five cuts. My youngest son has a true Mohawk, zero on the sides and the Mohawk line from the front to back of his head, I noticed that he came home with a fade on the sides and his Mohawk on top. It was too late to bring him back since my boys were there until closing time practically, so I waited until the morning to come back. I walked in the shop and there were 2 barbers, I approached the one nearest to the door and explained politely to him what was going on, I also informed him that it's my daughter's quinceañera today and I need his hair fixed desperately. He basically told me since the barbers are individual artists that there's nothing that he can do and he had his own appointments so he couldn't help fix my sons Mohawk. I asked him when other barber's that are willing to help would come in and he said I don't know. I mentioned I would have to go else where to fix his hair and he really did not care at all. As we were leaving my older son seen a different barber walking in who usually cuts his hair. My son explained to him what was going on and said he would fix my younger son's Mohawk but it would cost me $15.00. At this point I paid the $15.00 to get the Mohawk fixed but my boy really just slept on a $20.00 fade to come the very next morning to get is fixed and charged again. I paid $40.00 to get a basic true mohawk on my son. That's so ridiculous. These guys don't care at all about customer service. There loss because I believe in paying top dollar in great service and I tip good; they definitely lost ALL of my business, and like i said we have 5 boys in our home. read more

If I could give a 0 I would, terrible customer service. Was told to sit there while two of the barbers played a video game and the other was watching and finally went to cut someone's hair. The two playing were raging at each other yelling through the entire place about how good they are at the stupid game. After 15 minutes of sitting I finally left. They are a rude terrible group of guys. I would never recommend them to anyone and the guy at the bottom talking about how he got the "fresh" please go back to school to at least get a GED, you need a grammar lesson. I was very disappointed with this place. It seemed convenient since it was down the street. I took my teenage son as a walk-in on a Sunday to get a haircut. First, no one acknowledged us when we walked in. Second, the environment is not kids friendly. I had my 10 year old daughter with us. There was cussing from the barbers as well from the clients.Third, it seemed like "well-known clients" were being serviced quickly. This is not how to run a business.
