They cancel appointments with no explanation. Then set my appointment before the doors even open then claim people were there all along. I called 3 times and phones said it was closed. And I knocked for 10 minutes. I left because everything said closed. Now I need to talk to some supervisor to even get an appointment. But I have no confidence that they won't cancel my appointment for no reason and that staff will show up on time. I am frustrated that I live all the way in New Mexico and went there to turn around and leave and have not received an apology for them being late and not explaining that technically it was closed.

Andrew in particular goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct. I have a tricky prescription and Andrew takes the time needed to really make sure everything works. He was able to identify what would help me to get the best vision out of my frames and prescription so I would have a good result and be able to see well through my new lenses. I continue to return regularly to this location at Sunland Park because I know I will get excellent service from friendly people who are willing to help me and I know my prescription will be filled correctly and that my glasses will work correctly for me.
