I don't understand the level of disrespect, because we as a costumer are purchasing a product and wasn't the correct size we should be able to return it, the employee kept saying that it was used more than ones and giving unnecessary attitude, very bad service. The value of the brace was pretty pricy not at all what the quality should be for the price.
