Patient called back over the weekend that it was not functioning. They said for an emergency they have someone call me. They've never called two days Tuesday. I need to go to doctor appointments, I need to be on oxygen as per hospital. This is the worst company. I've come across in El Paso in years.

It's a little bit outside of El Paso but that's where you'll have to go if you need to get stuff that Walmart doesn't carry! Whether you're looking for ultrasound gel, tongue depressors, tape, medical equipment, BEK medical has it all. If they don't have it in stock, you can get it ordered. They are open on the weekends and I found the staff here to be helpful and friendly. Don't forget to check in because when we were here over the weekend, we got 10% off our purchase. It's a little bit hard to find, but they do show up on Google maps. Plenty of parking and they aren't very busy.

ZERO RATING. THE WORST EL PASO LOCAL OFFICE STAFF EVER! And…read moreafter years of complaints, they are still there! My wife picked up a new CPAP (resmed 11) today at this office. Her resmed 10 was past its life cycle. Per her words " the front desk girl was very rude and appeared to be bothered by me coming into the office". My wife had an appointment. She noticed how dirty the place was, the improper dress code (cropped top) and all the personal items on the desks including toys, drinks, food and how unprofessional the office and staff looked and acted. She met with the person for the cpap and said that "she was nice while I was there but you could tell she was interested in talking about her Christmas cruise than explaining the settings on the machine". My wife picked up a new resmed 11, a new bag, ONE FILTER, one heated hose and water chamber. We called our district office for more filters. We had received my wife's 90 day supplies in April. They offered to exchange old machine filters for new ones (resmed 11) but they transferred us to the local office to see if they had supplies in stock. Both girls at the local office said that they have no supplies and couldn't get us any. Both of the girls were rude and did not care that we would need more filters in two weeks. Our next supplies arrive in July. The tech even suggested that we go on line to Amazon to buy our own supplies! Wonder if Lincare knows their business is going there? She couldn't care less and kept repeating " you have a new machine, you only get one filter". She hung up on us so we called the district office back where Tamra and Lucy understood the situation, ordered filters for us and sent a return label so we could return unused supplies for the old machine. That's what we needed. Simple customer service. Not the bad service, unsanitary conditions and attitude from the local staff. I had the same experience two years ago with these same girls and refused to go into that office with my wife today. I warned her to beware. Would gladly avoid this office if we could but needed the machine (we will buy elsewhere in the future). Now, we will go directly to the district office for supplies and corporate office for complaints. No more purchases that require us to enter this office. Someone else gets our business.
