I was quite worried about our move from Carbondale, Colorado to Longmont, Colorado. But the four guys who loaded us up did a great job and got it all done on time, despite some threatening weather on Vail Pass. (They clearly know how to read the forecast and time the drive.) Everything happened right on schedule, and now that I have unpacked all the boxes, I can testify that nothing got damaged. Because I was so out of it, a few things got moved that needed to stay at the old house (I wasn't well enough to stay ahead of the packing), but not too much. I sent those few items back to Carbondale with a visiting friend. All in all, a very professional job!

I've used White Horse Solutions 3 times now for moves within the Vail Valley. The first 2 moves…read morewent without any issues at all. On the 3rd move, as I was unpacking, I noticed that several dishes in the bottom of a box were broken. I almost didn't even say anything because when I've hired movers in the past, it seems like some damage is unavoidable. When I sent them an email about the dishes, they immediately credited me for the full replacement cost. I really appreciate that they were willing to make it right, they were also really apologetic. All 3 times, the movers were super nice and professional. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them!
