I did end up walking out with some great costume cuff links which I will look forward to wearing to work or a night out. Hans himself is a character. He loves clothing, having worked in high end retail fashion in Atlanta before moving to Winston-Salem to care for his mother. So we looked at the woman, then at each other and simultaneously walked out the door. I understand the concept of wanting to leave on time, but that's never the way to treat a customer. I know personally if I feel rushed, I'm not going to buy anything. Customer service is an important part of any business and if that fails, everything else will too. Hopefully they'll work on improving theirs, but either way I won't be returning.

It can only be worked on by benchmade and they can only get it from an authorized dealer. Mast is one of them. I dropped my knife to have it worked on and they kept me in the loop along the way. I knew when it shipped out, I knew when to expect it. Super solid people. Honestly, the five stars applies to the entire store and team but the knife shop did a great job.
