When I saw more than adequate availability…read morefor gender reveal ultrasounds, I booked an appointment online within their one listed stipulation of a "Monday through Thursday" time slot. I called ahead to ensure that this would be a free scan as promised when the $143 I paid for my original gender reveal ultrasound failed to identify my baby's gender. Surprise surprise - even though I booked one of 16(!!!) available appointments on a Monday and they literally already have time set aside for me on their schedule, the representative on the phone said no, I could not come in at my booked time for a free follow up scan and continued to offer me times that do not work for my schedule. (I am a mom of three, almost 4, so I am not available for all hours of every day. I was available to many other times Monday-Thursday when I called last week, but they would not book me for those times despite their all day availability shown on their website's schedule.) The representative told me they only reserve a few spots for follow up appointments and the rest are for paid appointments. My response to that is that it's their job to make it up to me if I DID already pay a heinous amount of money for a service that was not completed, and also that their promo text offering the free follow up scan stipulates a "Monday-Thursday" appointment, not "unless another pregnant lady already booked a follow up that week." To be frank, if they have 16-20+ appointments available for every day of the week on their calendar, I am clearly not at all getting in the way of them accommodating other paying customers they haven't ripped off yet. To management - do the right thing , the honest thing, and the courteous thing and honor your promise to provide pregnant mothers the services they paid for. Calling to ask today if I could be seen for my appointment time they had available and that I booked (within the listed Monday-Thursday parameters) should have been a no brainer for anyone with an inkling of care for quality customer service. I have many recently married friends just now starting their families who I would have enthusiastically recommended this place to, but sorry to say after this sheer lack of basic courtesy, I will no longer be returning for additional scans for this baby or future babies, nor will I suggest my many imminently pregnant friends go there. In fact, if any ask, I will transparently share they are not courteous, not ready to look out for the needs of pregnant mothers, and absolutely not worth the money. Save your money for people who will actually care.

Every single time I have called, my call has been declined and I have received an automated text asking for the reason behind my call. Odd. I replied every single time letting them know I wanted to make an appointment. The second time I received the automated text, I let them know I wanted to make an appointment and they said they were closed on Monday's and I'd receive a call the next day. Take a wild guess whether or not I ever received that call... I did not. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again today. Multiple times. Same thing. Yikes. It's unfortunate because I visited with my previous pregnancy and was pleased with the experience. I would've loved to return but if I can't make an appointment within a month of calling, there's a problem.

They were attentive to my condition, explained the process clearly, and made what is normally a difficult experience for me much easier. Yikes, this is a rough one to write, gang...I went to this imaging center for a mammogram. Staff…read morewas lovely and while there was a wait, I wasn't bothered. The doctor found a small "spot" and suggested they get a better look with a diagnostic mammogram. I had to pay a co-pay (over $400) because I have CA Care insurance. After they did the diagnostic, they felt I needed a needle biopsy. I made sure to ask what I would be out of pocket. The front desk woman told me and what was I supposed to do -- worry if I had breast cancer? I scheduled the needle biopsy, got that done, but not only did I pay the co-pay (again, not cheap!) I now owe an additional $333. In the end, I'm paying close to $1,000 for the diagnostic and needle biopsy that I wasn't able to afford in the first place. I feel like even though I asked about costs, they weren't transparent. Only go here if you have great insurance. Also, after a week of waiting, I had to go into the center again and demand my results. Too much worry and too much money. I do have peace of mind, so that's something.

After coordinating various schedules and doing my best to be flexible to their very limited dates, it was disheartening to receive an abrupt cancellation even though I had asked them weeks before to please let me know if rescheduling my appointment was best due to family traveling for this experience. Timing of an ultrasound for 3D images is tight and this company pushed me out of my ideal viewing range because of their lack of honesty and professionalism.

Unacceptable Short-Notice Rescheduling and Lack of Communication -…read more Dear Dr. Chandak, I am writing to bring a severe matter regarding your office's scheduling and communication practices to your immediate attention. An MRI was scheduled for me, for this coming Sunday, June 14th. This appointment was confirmed approximately two to three weeks ago. However, today--Friday, June 12th--less than 48 hours before the scheduled procedure, I received a text message abruptly stating that my appointment must be rescheduled to Monday. Following this notice, my husband attempted to contact your office five separate times to resolve this issue. Not a single call was answered, nor have we received any return communication. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. Forcing a patient to shift an appointment from a weekend to a workday on such short notice is a major disruption. Furthermore, leaving a patient completely unable to reach anyone to discuss the change is a terrible business practice that severely damages client trust. Please be advised that I am contacting the law firm that coordinated this referral to formally complain about this experience and ensure they are aware of how their clients are being treated. I expect a prompt response to resolve this situation immediately.

Which is fine, I understand sometimes things happen. The company (Sneak Peek) offered to let me have a retest done since they weren't able to properly do it the first two times, all Bun + Oven had to do was administer the retest since that's the company I had gone through. They are saying they can't come unless I purchase another ultrasound (another $200) and there's nothing they can do. I never even received the photos from the first ultrasound they did. I'm so excited to become a new mom and really thought I could trust this company and that's why I didn't just order a test through the website. I spent over $350 with them and got nothing I paid for and they just weren't able to come to any type of resolution. I live in studio city and they're based in studio city. Just heartbreaking that people can really take what's supposed to be someone's happiest moments and make it a money grab, and I should've never trusted them.
