I'll preface this by saying that the bagels are still good, but they used to taste more authentically New York with the crunchy bubbly exterior and perfectly chewy interior. We ordered some sandwiches and a 1/2 dozen bagels to go and I just felt they didn't have as much flavor. I got the Reuben with turkey and it was super enjoyable and loaded with turkey, which I appreciated especially for the price. The pumpernickel bagel was good and paired great with the sandwich fillings. The pickle on the side was super crunchy and delicious and it's nice that you get a bag of chips with the lunch Sammies. We had an egg bagel and onion bagel at home and they just didn't have a ton of flavor. Thankfully we got some veggie cream cheese, which is very good.
