I cannot say enough about this business and Sheree in particular. I encountered M-U-M when I broke my foot right before a huge convention and still wanted to attend. I booked a motorized scooter and immediately heard from Sheree to confirm and make arrangements for drop off. When I pulled into Valet the scooter was already there waiting, and when I returned it, it was handled with so much ease. I had surgery a couple of weeks later and knew what I had to do. I made arrangements directly with Sheree this time and everything went just as smoothly for a drop off to my home. She contacted me as my rental came to an end and even waited an extra day until my follow up appointment. When we learned I would need the scooter for longer I was able to renew with ease. My father has spent approx $15,000 with this company over the last year in medical supplies. Recently he ordered a product ($557) and was hospitalized/passed away before he received the product. As such, the item was returned to sender unopened for a refund due to his passing. The refund policy indicates that refunds are up to owner discretion. Make U Mobile has refused to make an exception for a return even though my father was a good customer and spent a lot of money with this company, and the product was new and returned to sender unopened. I will be disputing this on my credit card and filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. read more

Sheree is amazing. She's super fast when it comes to communication, she's completely fair with her pricing, and she goes above and beyond in customer service. My elderly father's scooter had been sitting dusty and in disrepair for almost a year and she brought it back to life (which has brought HIM back to life!) Sheree welcomed me and my best friend at the door smiling and ready to help Ray with a walker that he really needed! He is over 6' and hard to find the walker he could use ! Most other places weren't willing to adjust and help CVS wanted to sell but that was all ! Ray got a top of the line and he even got a cane holder and cup holder on it installed the same day !! This lady went above and beyond the call of duty to help him with everything he needed! AND he even got a gadget to use in the car in case of an accident to cut the seat belt in case of accident and also break the window so he could get out but the best part is he uses it as a wedge in the door to help him get up out of the seat of the car !!! He was pushing up in the bottom of the door frame to get up ! Ray has neuropathy so it is hard sometimes to get out of the car ! I just can't say enough about Sheree and this business !! AND he needed a little help the day after he took it home and we took it back and she fixed it on the spot ! IF you need mobility this is the only place to go !! 110% at this business !! read more

My experience was with Drew Faiella in July of 2016. 1) After over 2 hours of him not knowing how to fix his computer for the "finance company" as he said- was in fact a lease agreement with a pay off fee, also lied about. 2) After forgetting to point out a small initial section of the less than 5 page paperwork, he calls me threatening to come on my property and recover the product I had just put a down payment on, and cause me bodily harm if I got in his way. I can forgive IT errors. I can forgive a paper problem, but telling someone in a profane way they don't matter because they are disabled, clearly he's in the wrong business. Chair was paid off in record time, and I hope his commission went to a blow out tire, or speeding ticket. Stay far far away. read more
