After she had turned my hair orange, she was not kind or empathetic at all, just gave me a look to kill. As I was visibly upset as this was for my wedding day, the stylist stated they didn't want to "say anything" so they don't get stressed out. I was appalled. I had wefts put in my hair, a form of extensions that started to fall out right before my wedding. I spent about $950 for everything only to spend another $600 to go to another salon to get all fixed prior to my wedding day. The other salon was so understanding. Also, one of the stylists charged me $500 and only charged the salon $300, pocketing the remaining $200. This I also felt was shady. Prior to my wedding I had also just lost my mom and 18 year old cousin to cancer and I was going through a very rough time. When I wrote a review on google because I would never want anyone to experience this type of treatment. Aside from terrible service for the price, the lack of kindness is uncalled for. So I spread the word because my belief is to treat others how you wish to be treated. When I spoke to the manager, she dismissed everything and promised a refund if I took the review down as it was harming their glorious reputation...and I was literally harassed to do this throughout my workday. If I took it down I would be refunded. I asked for the refund first as I did not trust these people. No response. They harassed me consistently and refused to acknowledge my concerns or provide the refund. Then I see that they edited the review on put on google. So I put it back on. Very sneaky demeaning people. So please go to a salon that will respect you as the consumer, not exhibit ridicule and disdain and that truly care about your well being. This salon is indeed the polar opposite. When I posted this review, the owner was verbally aggressive to me she lied, saying that she gave me a full refund, that the staff hugged me about the loss of my mom and which they never did anything of the sort. She then posted on Facebook that I was crazy with a hashtag #Christinacraycray for people to get a discount on my behalf. So that shows you what type of people that you're dealing with no one should ever retreat another human being that way. I have an open case small claims get my money back from these disgraceful people. If you'd like your hair to look like the photo attached, and be disrespected all means go to this salon. The only thing I didn't like was the fact they said minimum of $10 tip for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Tips are obviously based on your experience and should be given accordingly. I've gotten the same lady the two times I've come here. She doesn't speak a lot of English but I dont really have a lot of questions to ask. She asked simple questions like if I want my nails round or square, is the water too hot and similar questions. I kind of like it when the women doing my nails don't really talk to me. She spent almost two hours on my nails, which is a very long time but she did an amazing job. She took very good care of my feet, especially since my toes are pretty dry from wearing sandals all the time. The place is very nice and clean. There are four massage chairs for pedicures and four chairs for manicures. The front is where people go to get their hair done while the nail section is towards the back. I really enjoy coming here, even if it's a 30 minute walk from my apartment. I would recommend people to come here.
