    Spa-strength peels for home use. I like their products a lot better than The Ordinary and the price point is about the same. They also give samples with every order so that's kind of nice. The only negatives are the high shipping cost and the less-than-friendly customer service if something doesn't work out. Their website also doesn't explain well what goes with what so you'll have to do your own research beforehand. It won't hurt to try them though and they frequently have sales.

    Watch glass bottles vs plastic bottles! They are skimping on product! 1 oz of product should be the same no matter what bottles you use!

    So I placed an order about 2 weeks ago and never received my item. I called this place (should have known they were a scam when they responded with a gmail account) and they stated they had a signature on file. Not my signature but I guess some random person accepted it. Therefore I called PayPal. They provided this same random persons signature and PayPal closed the dispute. This is the thing clearly whoever USPS delivered it to is not me. How about working with me to resolve the problem? Instead this company told me now it's your problem. So now I'm hunting down USPS trying to prove they delivered it to the wrong person and that person stole my items. Does not seem like a great way to treat a customer. Wish I had seen These reviews before I gave them a cent. I will be filing a dispute with my bank next. Please believe!!! Kathleen, Update: actually I did call you and left a message on your answering service. You called me back and told me my leasing office had the package and they do not. So now you're resorting to lying??? Let me refresh your memory we SPOKE a week ago. I also emailed you as a follow up on Friday. I have documented proof of my attempts to contact you and resolve. I'm sorry I don't have time to remind you daily that I paid for an item I never received. At this point the issue is the lack of accountability on your part. So every reviewer on this site is picking on you? No you're a big girl and you chose to open a company. You accepted my payment and can clearly see someone stole the product in transit. You refused to work with me because that was the easiest solution for you. Clearly if the items are stolen during delivery your policy is : you're on your own and all liability is on you. If you spent 1/2 the time helping me resolve as a paying customer that you took to write up that response perhaps it would not have come to this. You wrote this review with the quickness PayPal suggested I file a complaint with USPS and my financial institution who will either demand payment or product. Your choice... RESPONSE: Funny how you twist reality to attack your customers. You've done so on every review you did not like. The fact is every review I've ever given was honest and that is what yelp is for. You failed to mention the 11 plus reviews I've given for superior service but that would not fit your narrative would it? You should contact those owners and ask for tips. You suggesting I'm stealing something I paid for & never got shows your ignorance. Who would steal $34 worth of merchandise? I'm a grown professional woman. Meaning I work everyday for my money and I don't have time to steal from Petty Betty's like you. I doubt very seriously that EVERY package you send out does not get lost, damaged or have some issue. So be very careful who you call a thief. Have you even reviewed the signature on the package? Its literally a circle and a line. Some random person accepted it which could happen to anyone and your policy is :YOU STOLE IT. YOU FIGURE IT OUT. BUY MY PRODUCT AND PRAY IT GETS TO YOU. Lastly you indicated in your first post that I never contacted your company directly remember that? But then you double back and say I talked to a Ms Green at your company. I mean which is it? She works for you right? Then she operated on your behalf. At the end of the day it leads back to the fact that you lied about this entire interaction. You're just upset because I aired you out on Yelp and I will continue to air you out on every social media venue. Why? Because I can and because ITS TRUE. And yes please. send my bank the circle and the line which is supposed to be my signature. Potential customers: I've bought from this company before and the product was good. (See unlike Kathleen I pride myself on the truth CHECK YOUR RECORDS KATHLEEN.). But if you have any issues at all. Problems with the product, delivery... Anything at all this is what you deal with. Look at how she responded to me and attacked me when I proved that what she said was inaccurate. This is her behavior and it's petty petty petty over 34 bucks imagine if I spent any real money. At your own risk. Update: & Kathleen updated her review and took out the part saying that I recieved (stole) the package. She also took out the inital statement that I made no attempt to contact her staff to resolve... why? because she was mistaken. Perhaps you should do your research before you engage. If you had the energy to respond with this rapid speed to my review then clearly the hospital stay did not prevent you from poor customer servic You did not do due dilligence because I'm pretty sure its slanderous to say I stole something I bought. But thats why you edited your review right? BYE FELICIA!

    These were the products I ordered. They also sent me a free acne toner sample! Amazing.

    I have shingles. I found this company online and tried a cream they recommended. Worked great. Better than anything the doctor gave me.

Patsy did my hair. She was knowledgeable about hair care and offered me a solution for the all too common dryness that happens during the Winter. I left with a thorough wash and condition, blow dry, trim, and protective style (crochet). Apparently, there are discounts available-once you join the email list. I look forward to returning once I get the itch to switch up my style for a new look.

I instantly forfeited my deposit elsewhere and went with Kim. She is SO talented and is so personable and kind. Kim and her team made me look and feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. Kim knew my vision from the beginning and totally went with it. When I decided last minute to redo my makeup trial due to not wanting a spray tan anymore she was so accommodating and got me in for a second makeup trial. The day of my wedding Kim was on time and got everyone's services done with plenty of time to spare, and took their visions and made them look awesome!!! I cannot say enough great things about Kim, she was such a pivotal piece of my wedding and it would not have been the same without her. Highly recommend.
