There is a nice selection of wigs and hair suitable for braiding. The owner is a licensed cosmetologist and braiding technician. I was a little worried about parking, but there was adequate street parking (with a meter) and a sign indicating there was a parking garage a short distance (and $1) away. It's in walking distance from Central Market House and tons of little eateries and shops. I enjoyed my visit and will return.

I'd been on the eternal quest to find a lotion that actually works -- one that makes my hands feel soft without turning them into a sticky slip 'n slide or needing reapplication every 15 minutes. When I spotted Blue Mountain's tallow lotion, I figured why not? At that point, I had absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain. The scent I tried was Vanilla Pumpkin Marshmallow, and it was pure autumn magic -- sweet, pumpkiny goodness that smelled almost good enough to eat (I didn't, for the record). I rubbed it in and instantly felt a difference: it soaked right in, no greasy residue, no tacky film, just soft, happy skin. A few minutes later, I was still walking around the festival and couldn't get over how smooth my hands felt -- like my skin had actually healed instead of just being coated in something. That's when I knew this lotion wasn't just "good" -- it was game changing. After the festival, I tracked Jodi down on Facebook to find out where she'd be next so I could stock up. Lucky me, she was headed to Market on Market in Camp Hill -- super convenient! I stopped by and grabbed three big bottles: Vanilla Pumpkin Marshmallow (the one that started it all), Pumpkin Waffle (my new absolute favorite), and Oatmeal Stout, which smells exactly like an oatmeal crème pie. I even told my mom about it... and now I'm one Oatmeal Stout lotion short. Totally worth it, though -- it's that good. I've been using these lotions for weeks now, and my hands are still soft and moisturized, even after hours hiking outside in cold fall mornings. And honestly? Catching a whiff of Pumpkin Waffle or Vanilla Pumpkin Marshmallow when I take off my gloves is basically self-care. Jodi is lovely to chat with, and her products are phenomenal. I love supporting local makers who pour heart and craft into what they do -- and this is one of those finds I'll be raving about (and re-buying) for a long time. But After a couple of weeks I decided to take the plunge . At the time my only concern were my acne scars, and boy did their products make a difference. Now last year around June I started to get very nasty painful cystic acne that kept getting worse and worse by the day. It wasn't until December that I finally decided to purchase one of their 5 min peels made to target cystic acne (I don't remember the exact name of the peel) and oh my gosh , let me tell you that I'm so happy to say that as of right now January 13th, my face is almost clear. I still get a pimple or two but no more cystic acne. This wasn't a miracle over night product , the acne didn't disappear right away. It takes time and consistency and more importantly you have to be gentle with your skin . I really do recommend MUAC to anyone who suffers from acne.
