I booked a last minute appointment here on a Friday, & the end result was worth the 30 min drive. Irina made sure that I would get what I wanted, a wash & blowout with some pretty curls at the ends. The owner later called me and said that even this partial refund was a "favor" because they normally don't issue refunds. She also made a point of telling me that she has a legal education, which I found particularly surprising considering her apparent lack of understanding of basic consumer protection principles when a paid service is not delivered as agreed. Very disappointing service and an even more disappointing response to a legitimate customer complaint.
