Terrible customer service and they won't stop harassing me. Booked this team for my engagement makeup. They came over to do a trial and seemed nice. I paid for the trial. They then said they were going to charge me for bridal makeup. I said this was for an engagement party, not a wedding. Then I decided I didn't like their style anyway and told them I'm not interested for the event. They are now insisting I pay an extra price than what was agreed on for a service I didn't get, and cannot accept or honor that I just don't like what they did. Their makeup didn't even match my skin tone. Why would I pay for anything beyond a trial? Be careful about the bait and switch here. Make sure you get every price in writing. They came over, saw my big house, and now won't stop sending me invoices.
