(maybe photoshopped) She applies the make with an airbrush wand and it delivers a very high amount of make up, I was cake-faced and its very important to me that I look like myself. She kept emphasizing that type of heavy make up was good for the pics, and she may be right, but in person I looked ridiculous and dirty actually with all the contouring and highlighting. The hair person she brought in was a disasters, took no direction and did what she wanted instead. So if your goal its to look like yourself, this is not for you. After asking her to maybe change the application of the foundation to look more natural, she said no and sorry we are not a good match. I saw Sulema in hopes of getting a medical tattoo to cover a scar. She suggested dry tattooing/mcr…read moremicroneedling as an alternative and I agreed. We completed one session and scheduled a follow up for a month later to do the second round. At the follow up, I showed her how the scars were healing (they had turned from white to red) and she said "I wish you had told me." She said I would not need another round of dry tattooing because my scars had gone from hypopigmented to hyperpigmented. I was very upset because my scars were now more noticeable than before. She assured me this was a good thing and that it would be relatively easy to fade the redness with a cream. She said she would provide me with a cream to use. After a week of no response from Sulema, I found a cream on my own (I had already tried numerous scar fading creams to no avail prior to consulting a "professional"). I did not receive any communication from Sulema from September 30 (the date of the follow up appointment) until October 27. I do not blame her for my skin's reaction to the treatment however I do blame her for not explaining the risks of the treatment and her poor communication/follow up. I paid nearly $500 for my scars to become worse.

She has done a fantastic job in picking the right shade for my hair. She'll do her best to squeeze you in if you need an appointment pronto. I had that happen when I kept putting off making an appointment. All of a sudden, I realized that holiday parties were coming up and I needed to have my grays touched up. I was a tough client to start, as I've had my hair and makeup done many times before and always felt like I could have done a better job myself. This was not the case with Natalia and Natasha, they both did an excellent job and I loved my final look. I wanted my hair pulled back and out of my face, but still left down to look long and flowing. Natalia accomplished exactly what I wanted, and my beautiful hair lasted all night long. Natasha used an airbrush foundation for my makeup, and individual (rather than strip) lashes which I loved. As I requested, she did a beautiful job at keeping my makeup very natural and light.
