I have lost over 35% of my body weight under the guidance of Dr. Suwan. I say all this to say if you feel like losing weight is hard, it does not have to be. If you struggle with the highs and lows of dieting, don't. Please seek professional medical advice, it is worth it. I will continue to work hard to meet my healthy weight/bmi goal for me. The injections were rough, I had significant swelling and bruising around my lips, and I was given no aftercare instructions. My lips went back to their original size within a month. When I called, I was told I needed a second syringe and that this had supposedly been discussed during my visit. I went back, and instead of addressing why the filler didn't last, she tried to sell me a third syringe, commenting that my smile was "very wide." Once again, the results faded within a month. In February 2026, I went to a different injector (BRN, RN). She was thorough, gentle, and professional. She couldn't even feel any prior filler in my lips. I received one syringe, had no bruising, minimal swelling, and loved the results. The difference in skill and professionalism was night and day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

So I made an appointment for a pedicure. The student that did my pedicure was wonderful! She did a great job and was very personable and professional. Plus you can't beat the price! I don't write negative reviews lightly, nor do I write a lot of negative reviews which is why I felt it was important to share my experience. I sure won't be coming here again. First off the vibe was just really off , however I chose this practice because they were advertising a neurotoxin special, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing from beginning to end. I went to see Chennel on June 24th 2026. from the initial consultation, the pricing wasn't as straightforward as it appeared online. Once I arrived, the cost kept increasing based on additional explanations and calculations that were different from what I expected from the advertised pricing, as well as Chennel ''encouraging'c me to purchase xeomin instead of Dysport. The biggest issue, however, was my follow-up appointment. I originally had a Wednesday afternoon follow-up scheduled 2 weeks later, but I had to reschedule it due to work so I had to make appointments later in the day. We rescheduled my followup for Friday at 4:30 PM , now mind you, because I have OCD I am extremely meticulous on dates and times I HAVE to be especially with work, and I always repeat myself over and over when making appointment dates and times ,several times before ending a phone call to make sure everything is correct. I specifically confirmed "Friday at 4:30," multiple times. Currently as I write this review their office says Friday 9 a.m to 5 p.m., however she said they don't work later on Fridays. When I arrived that Friday, the office was locked, no one answered the phone, and no one was there. After calling the following day, I called and spoke with Deeana who was very nice, and we confirmed for me to come in at 12:40 PM on Saturday since Chennel didn't show up on Friday. What happened during that visit was the most upsetting part of the experience. Instead of acknowledging that a scheduling mistake may have occurred, I was repeatedly told by Chennel that she would "never" schedule a Friday evening appointment because the office is closed and she doesn't work nights. This wasn't said once--it was repeated over and over while shaking her head, despite my explaining that I had confirmed the appointment multiple times during the scheduling call. Being repeatedly told, in essence, that my recollection couldn't be correct was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Rather than feeling heard, I felt dismissed and that an owner had to argue with me at her own practice, when I say literally argue shaking her head angry it was extremely uncomfortable. By the end of the conversation I was visibly distressed, and instead of working toward a resolution, the discussion continued to focus on why the appointment supposedly could not have been made. I was very unhappy with my results. During my initial appointment, I was told to come back in two weeks and that if there was still any movement, she would make adjustments. That was presented to me as the purpose of the follow-up. Based on my prior experiences receiving neurotoxin treatments elsewhere, that's also been the purpose of two-week follow-up appointments. However, when I returned, I was told that any additional units would be an extra charge. That was never explained during my initial appointment, so I was surprised to learn there would be an additional cost The treatment did not provide the improvement I had hoped for, which added to my disappointment. It's pretty obvious her and I won't want each other to be returning, I will stick to the plastic surgeons office I trust while doing accurate follow ups. Also the office can respond below and say I made this up about the date and time, but don't buy it, let her argue and make up what she wants. You will be happy elsewhere

When I turned the paperwork back in, I was immediately escorted back to an exam room. after speaking with the assistant for a few minutes about my general history, Dr. Agha was there to see me. From the minute she stepped into the room, she was warm and caring and gave me a run down of my options for treatment - immediately telling me that she had samples for me to try of all products before spending the money out of pocket to try them! While my visit today was completely on time, I can understand why a Doctor like this might right late sometimes, because she listed to all of my concerns and patiently responded to all of my questions. I think that is much better than having someone race through your visit to stay on time! All in all I am giving them 4 stars because today was only my first visit, but if you are looking for a dermatologist in the area, please consider giving Dr. Agha at try.
