From the start, she was super responsive to emails and was totally on top of reaching out as we were getting closer to our wedding day. During the hair and makeup trial, Jaycie was really kind, but honest, about what styles would look best with my hair, what colors to go for with the makeup, etc. I really appreciated her honesty, but also flexibility throughout the process. After my hair and makeup trial, I had a lot of feedback (we had tried a lot of different things and I realized once I got home there were things I liked and didn't like). On the day of my wedding, she talked through the feedback I gave one more time (we had already corresponded via email) and made sure I really liked everything. She did my hair and makeup better than I even could have imagined! I have never looked so beautiful and it was all thanks to Jaycie! Her and her team also did all my bridesmaids and MOB + MOG makeup (and some people's hair) and everyone looked so good! They all kept telling me how beautiful they looked and felt and that was so special to me! All the hair and makeup was incredible in person AND in the photos (I've been to weddings where the bride and bridesmaids had makeup caked on for the purpose of the photos, but it looked awful in person. Simply the BEST!! Working with Jaycie was a complete pleasure. She did the hair and makeup for my bridal party of 5 and my mom. She is a true professional and also has a great personality. The first thing that won me over about Jaycie was the ease of communicating with her. I'm not great at email correspondence, but Jaycie was so patient and was always so quick to respond to any question or concern I had. Her organizational skills were another thing that impressed me. Jaycie was incredible! She did my hair and makeup along with 5 bridesmaids and the flower girl for my wedding. I had recently been in two of my sisters' weddings the previous year, and knew from those experiences that hair and makeup often take longer than expected. Jaycie is wonderful! I found Jaycie on wedding wire and on a whim decided she has good reviews why not book her. It was an excellent decision. She was so nice and friendly! Against many others advice I decided not to do a trial and I was still very happy. My makeup looked so smooth and natural. I cried a ton and my makeup still looked good at the end of the night of dancing and sweating. I asked for a natural look, but make my eyes pop and they really did. All of my bridesmaids were truly happy with their makeup none of us had to pull our own out to tweak it. Jaycie and her associate did the makeup for our wedding and were absolutely wonderful! Not only were the both so incredibly sweet and felt like they were one of my bridesmaids, they both did such great jobs. I think I had been a bridesmaid 7 times prior to my own wedding and always had issues with the way the fake eyelashes looked on me and I expressed this problem to Jaycie during my trial and she immediately knew how to "fix" the problem. She worked with me prior to the big day on a trial appt and really listened to what I wanted and made it come to life. Jaycie is a GEM! She is a natural when it comes to hair and makeup. She doesn't just cake on makeup (like most do), she understands that each face has it's own unique shape, lines, and shadows.
