I talked to Cindy over the phone prior to meeting and she did things that no other person had done before, for example: sent a medical history form, a two-week prior to your appointment, after-care, and other documents for my own benefit. I made an appointment with Cindy and despite her busy schedule, she stayed after-hours because I drove three hours each way. Once I arrived, she was so kind, sensitive and felt like a mother. We chatted and discussed everything prior to even asking my permission if I wanted to proceed. After I agreed, she numbed the areas and said if you feel any pain at all, just make some noise and I will immediately stop. Cindy played my favorite singer's music and I relaxed. Once finished, I got up out of her chair and as I glanced into a mirror, I recognized myself for the first time in years. Cindy was unsure what was happening as I began to cry but it was a complete life-changing transformation.
