From the beginning they were incredibly professional. The first call that initiated my continued business with them went smoothly and they were upfront with estimates and- through my doubts- the team calmed them by giving me some beautiful digital renditions of what the job could look like when done! I was looking for some balloon arches all 4 times to give my guests some visual excitement and I ended up adding some balloon bouquets and garlands to fill in spots where the venue felt bland. My expectations were blasted out of the water! The balloon bouquets looked so much better than the digital renditions I was given and without fail everyone kept taking photos and loved the balloon arches! The Balloon Guy's phone assistant the third time around gave a wonderful idea about using balloon garlands around a blank wall/background to use as a photo-op. Incredible outcome!! The Balloon Guy set me up with a custom arch frame surrounded by balloons. It brought so much life to the party and managed to please my mother-in-law too!

I was back and forth between an 18ft ballon garland and a 21ft balloon garland. Their representative informed me that if I went with the 21ft garland, they would throw in free delivery (a $150 value). I asked for the balloon color options and a contract but it was never sent. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price.

I reached out last minute, and Jessica was super accommodating and communicative. I loved that she was willing to help me with doing an option of 1.5 hours of combo services instead of 2. It was super easy to ask questions and make arrangements with her! Liz came early to setup, was super friendly and professional, and she was definitely a hit with all the kids (and parents with kids) who loved her artwork and balloon designs. I believe she told me she has 11+ years of experience with this job. They have menus of options for kids to choose from, but Liz was even able to accommodate special requests not on the menu like purple trucks and Hawaiian flowers etc. I even got some painting on myself! The setup was wonderful and you can tell they use high quality materials. Our kids mostly opted for painting on arms since they are very young and from firsthand experience, the paint washes off so easily, like a dream so parents don't have to worry about scrubbing and struggling to clean afterwards. A deposit is required to secure your date, and a few days before the party I received a detailed email with everything I needed to know, along with a reminder to pay the remaining balance. Spencer arrived right on time and had everything set up in just 2-3 minutes. We booked 1.5 hours of balloon twisting ($265), and it was a huge hit with everyone - from toddlers to adults! There was a constant line of guests waiting for their turn throughout the entire 1.5 hours! One of the best parts is that balloon twisting requires virtually no setup space, making it easy to fit into almost any party layout (just be prepared for the line that forms!). It was such a fun addition to the celebration, and I would absolutely hire Taylor Entertainment again for a future event.
