She was able to strike the right balance between a bit of rock drama, but also something realistic and flattering for my face type and age. I personally don't do my own makeup and to see it professionally done, just wowed me. She was very nice and gentle throughout the process. One thing that I really appreciated that she individually placed lashes onto my lash line compared to using a whole lash strip. She communicated very well to see whether I wanted to make adjustments. But overall, no adjustments were needed as she did what I had asked which was soft glam.
