Thoa was friendly and attentive to my inspo pictures. You never know how a new stylist will work, but from the moment I sat down she told me she could do my hair like some of the pictures and she effortlessly went to mix the colors and immediately went to work on my hair. I swear she is a total pro! No hesitation in her movements - she knew exactly what she was doing...she could do this in her sleep! She easily touched up my roots and put in my highlights with impeccable skill. I showed up to my appointment and clearly showed her inspiration pictures of exactly what I wanted. I specifically asked for my bangs to be cut a LITTLE above my eyebrows. Instead, I left with very shitty blunt and not blended at all micro bangs. She butchered my hair and did it without checking with me first or making sure that's what I wanted. It looked nothing like the inspo pictures I showed her. What made the experience even worse was that she never apologized or acknowledged the mistake.
