I am really disappointed with my experience here. I got my hair cut and dyed. I had asked for an intense medium red that's more purple than orange toned from her book. It came out a brown red which doesn't even look intense red. It looks like the color I came in with but was charged $90 for. For haircut, I asked for a U-shape and it seemed straight so I had asked her to make it more U but a walk-in customer came so she rushed and said it's U-shape. This looks very straight to me. Haircut was $30. Also, I called before, she said blow dry is included in the price, however, during the service she said she'll dry a little but it'll cost more if I want full blow dry. I asked kindly if she could please fix the color but she said she'll charge another $120 although that's what I paid today for this really bad service. Bad customer service and false advertising. The experience following the mediocre haircut was terrible. They do not take card, even though there are signs everywhere that they do. She even has the machine. Just wouldn't use it. After going through the headache of getting a Zelle account just to pay and waiting over 30 minutes with kids for her service to work, I was accused of not paying, even though I had confirmation and was willing to send it to her. I came here on 6/7/23 at around 11-12 pm. Before she started cutting my hair, she showed me how she would cut it. I asked to trim my hair and create an oval shape with little layers. Today I had an appointment at 11 and when I went there, there was a walk in customer and she told me to come back at 11:30. Absolutely terrible customer service. I called the business and left a voice mail. I called again once they opened and again no one answered. I received a text 13 minutes later stating they text and asked what I needed. I responded back inquiring about a hair cut and full set. No one bother to respond. I've been getting my hair cut by Kelly for years, and she always does a great job! I'll never go anywhere else.

6 weeks ago, I went to this salon. The hair dresser recommended me $200 amount menu, which is not using chemical and continuous function - she said. So I chose $200 menu. After finishing perm, However, I realized that my hair was damaged so badly. few days after some hairs were cut off, root was damaged seriously. I was so upset!!!!!!!!! until now!!!!!!!!!! so I went that shop and complained about that. But she said that is not her fault, is because of cream and blamed my hair-too weak. She said that's because of straight cream. So she told me I need to call cream supplier and to tell him, not her. I have used hair conditioner and Moroccan oil until now. I would give a fair rating to Kelly. Kelly's work is really amazing and I entrust her to style my hair. The only thing that I dont like about her is she will just suddenly change the agreed price right then and there. She did it to me like twice already but I ignored it because I really like her work. The most recent visit that I had we agreed for $35 for hair cut and treatment (like I usually do) but when I was about to pay she was charging me for $50 and she was reasoning out! I just told her the next time I will come here, I would like to her to write down the price on a paper and we will stick to it. I was so disappointed and I ended up giving her less tip. Also, Kelly cannot accommodate a lot of people because she does everything. Manicure, pedicure, hair.. so she would jump from one customer to another all by her self. I've been going to Kelly's for about a year now and she's done some amazing work on my hair. She always remembers me and my boyfriend and greets us like friends. She's super sweet and always asks me about what's going on in my life. Today she recommended some great Vietnamese restaurants for dinner!! I always feel welcome here and since the price is so awesome I always try to tip her well. You won't be disappointed at Kelly's! PS-- I have short hair and she lets me slide with the men's price (when other big name companies haven't) and she can do some killer fades. I asked if the hair dresser, I'm assuming it was Kelly, was taking in walk-ins. She said that she had a customer that was on his way but I explained to her that I only wanted to trim my split ends and even out my hair. And she said okay and I was so happy because she took me in. She colored my hair beautifully & told me the basic necessities that my hair needs. I totally fell asleep while she was doing my hair because her hands are so soothing.
