I initially did not feel that my makeup compared to my trial and my makeup artist made sure she fixed it and I felt my most beautiful! I could not have asked for a better team (Madison for makeup and Bridget for hair) and you could not ask for a better group of women to take care of you on your big day! My only advice would be to possibly ask them for a larger amount of lipstick for the makeup rescue kit because the amount you receive is very small to cover the whole lip more than once so I rationed it out and ended up without lip color in most of my photos. HI had just parked and was walking in when I got a call saying I need to reschedule. My appointment was for a consult that's only 15 minutes long and there was a client scheduled right after me. She said anything beyond 10 minutes late has to be rescheduled. Understandable, but I was only 5 minutes late... Also, my initial appointment was scheduled for 3pm and they changed it to 2:45 pm without even giving a courtesy call to confirm the new time was ok. They just sent an automated text with the new appointment time. I left work early and had a bit of a drive to go there. The girl on the phone also had an attitude. I'm sure the services they provide are probably great but this whole experience totally turned me off from being a client there. They need to treat their customers better.

There was absolutely no pressure. She ensured I was comfortable with whatever I decided so I felt more secure with my decision.  She takes her time to make sure she gets your brows right and walks you through the process the entire time. She also makes sure you're comfortable during the procedure. Not going to lie, microblading can be somewhat uncomfortable and a little painful but the numbing cream definitely helps a ton, it also depends on your pain tolerance (I have a very low pain tolerance). But if semi-permanent makeup isn't your thing, she also offers an array of other services such as threading, tweezing or tinting to keep those brows in perfect shape.  Oh and did I mention her prices are beyond reasonable?? I love the "special" facials which includes a cleanse, exfoliate, extractions, face massage, modeling mask and cream. There was somewhat of a "scraping" so I'm not sure if it was a dermabrasion, I was so tired from work that I was falling asleep. They have a 6 or 7 facial session package which is really good if you live closeby. I'm still debating because this place isn't near the trains.
