However I spent over 200 dollars for what looked like only a haircut. I was told highlights might not take because of the box dye in my hair and as much as that was disappointing to hear i would never expect to have my roots a completely different color than what i walked in with. I explained to Gabby the stylist that after i washed my hair my roots were ridiculously light and needed to be fixed whether it was for free or discounted. To my surprise i was blamed for not using salon quality shampoo. no one in the salon informed me that my hair would be completely stripped by using my regular shampoo as well as not even attempting to tell me that there was a chance my hair would have bands after washing it. Instead of Gabby telling me herself she had to get a different stylist to tell me that they can not fix what they did and that our attitude was not okay. Everyone in the salon is beyond rude along the prices being ridiculously high for them to fix the mess they made. By far the worst salon experience.

Having recently relocated from Philadelphia, I've been searching for a professional that has the skill set, knowledge and quality product that I took for granted when I lived in a major metro area. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance. I arrived early to get a feel for the place and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. There's a sense of genuine friendship almost like they're all sisters. So I sat in the waiting area and relaxed. When it was time for my appointment I met my aesthetician for a brief consult. Oddly enough, she asked if I liked dogs then introduced me to Kassie. The dog on staff lol. She lay on the table, quietly curled at my feet the entire time. I love Kassie! My fiancé fell in love with her too when he came to pick me up. It's been my experience that this procedure is very relaxing, there've been times I've fallen asleep. The BIG difference here was the sense of love and nurturing I felt. The salon and staff seem to emit loving vibrations. Seriously. I can't wait to go back!
