They requested another $50 for the new appointment. I showed up on time, and they placed me in an exam room. I waited 70 minutes and never saw the Doctor. It was silent, as if they all went out to lunch. I just left, since I have a job and that's a long time to wait for a 3 minute Botox appointment. Now they just made an easy $100 for doing nothing, and I lost another $400 for missing a half day of work. Honestly, if they're that unprofessional I really don't trust them to do anything to my face.

When we came in to inquire about rusting on our granite counters from their $12.95 holders the two ladies we spoke to seems to not be surprised. I assume this is an ongoing issue. One of the ladies went to ask the manager and I was told I had two options. 1.) Bring in the item with the receipt for a full credit. I don't save all my receipts; it would require a records keeping room. 2.) Bring in the item and IF they have the EXACT same one they would exchange it. Otherwise I should just discard it. Wow, thanks for standing behind your products and with that I didn't take out my wallet and walked out of the store.
