They answered every question honestly and thoroughly without sugar coating anything which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Marilou Yap-Tan was very gentle and conservative. During my consultation Dr. Marilou patiently discussed all of my questions and addressed my concerns. She made me feel comfortable and reviewed how she would address each issue. At the end of the consultation, she told me that, since cauterization would be very painful, I should try a home treatment first. She carefully wrote every step and included the prescription too. After seeing me, I was expecting a hefty sum to pay for the consultation. So, I was very surprised when her assistant told me that I only had to pay Php500. They have a pharmacy as well. The waiting areas are comfy enough, but if you don't feel like staying there, the best part in this clinic is that it's inside Alabang Town Center, so you can do your shopping while waiting for your check-up (just make sure that you inform the doctor's assistant or the staff assigned so they can contact you when it's already your turn).

This particular branch gets pretty full, because it's the only medical facility in Town Center. But the nurses are all very helpful, and in my experience I've never had a doctor that seemed to be rushing me just because they had a long queue or because they're ready to go home. It's really the best outpatient facility around, so I highly recommend them.
