I repeatedly told Veronica, Bernadette that Karlos about needing my items delivered by April 4th, 2025 in Goodyear, Arizona. However, as time got closer to pickup, I was then told by Bernadette it was now by April 6th and the final delivery was on April 7th. I specifically used your company because of the agreement of delivery and the trust factor I had with Karlos. Another issue is when your company used another companies list of items instead of sending the individual to see for themselves. I was even told by Veronica that 5 days prior to pickup someone from your company would come to see what was being picked up and a better estimate would be calculated. That never happened! The day the load was picked up was March 24th, 2025; the gentleman who was in charge had mentioned he had approximately 255 items. Some of the items I told them not to take was still brought to Arizona. When my load was on the truck, I was given an estimate that my load had 13,500 pounds on the truck instead of a little over 9,000 pounds. I asked him how he determined that amount and he said it was because of where the boxes and items ended up in the back of his truck. What if all my boxes had feathers in them, the weight would not be the same no matter where they ended up in the truck. This caused me to be very upset. How can he determine this without knowing what the actual weight was from your company. He should never do that to people because that is wrong. It caused a lot of turmoil for me and your company. I would not recommend your company for moving or I would never use you again.

The representative didn't have any information and promised to call us back, but after an hour with no response, we called again. This time, we were told the movers would arrive between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. At 8:00 PM, there was still no show, so we called again and were informed that the drivers were running late. By 8:30 PM, we reached out again, but the representative couldn't provide any updates since it was after hours. They promised to call back, but no one did. Finally, after 9:00 PM, someone arrived to pick up our belongings. Who starts moving at that hour? This caused noise violations and disrupted our neighbors. It wasn't until well after midnight that our belongings were loaded onto the truck for transport to Florida from Rhode Island. My husband and I were mentally and physically exhausted, and we had to book a hotel in Rhode Island, delaying our plans and causing me to miss an important in-person interview. The driver informed us that our belongings would be delivered by November 8th. However, that day came and went with no communication from the company. Despite multiple calls, we received no answers--just assurances that dispatch would call us back. No one ever did. Eventually, we learned our delivery would be delayed until Tuesday, November 11th, with a promise of a call to confirm the time. Wednesday arrived with no call. When we followed up on November 11th around 4 PM, we were told our delivery was now scheduled for Saturday, November 15th. I expressed my frustration over the continuous runaround and lack of communication, but the customer service representative hung up on me. This happened multiple times, leaving us feeling manipulated and deceived. Now, on Monday, November 17th, we received an invoice that differed from the one sent last week, adding to our frustrations. I requested to speak with a corporate manager, but was told they were too busy. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel this company lacks integrity and accountability.

A few days before the move, they called me and had me go over every little detail of everything that was being moved, etc. again even though I had already provided all that information. Still quoted around $500. Move ended up costing $1,200. They insisted on cling wrapping every single piece of furniture, even if it was already padded and then charging for those materials. One of the movers was excellent, fast and efficient even though he stopped for a few smoke breaks. Even he said everybody says that it's way more expensive when than what they were quoted. The other one was a trainee who damaged the new place, clearly didn't know what he was doing and worked at a snails pace compared to the more seasoned mover. I had to chase the company for the insurance to cover the cost of the damage to the wall, and they offered me a very small amount compared to the quote that I got from the painter. Would not recommend this company at all.

You could keep that money and invest on your employees' training who pack the natural flowers vase in a kitchen household box. I had a terrible experience with this moving company, and unfortunately, I am still dealing with the consequences more than two weeks later. On June 12, 2026, two movers arrived at 8:30 a.m. for my move. Shortly afterward, the company called and asked if they could send two additional movers to speed up the process. I trusted their recommendation and agreed. Around 2:00 p.m., I had to leave. Everything seemed to be going well until my wife, who was at our new home, called me after checking our security cameras. She noticed that two of the movers were standing around talking instead of working. Around the same time, my neighbor called to complain that the moving truck was blocking her driveway. I contacted the office, and they apologized. While these issues were frustrating, I considered them manageable. When the movers arrived at my new home, they asked me to pay before unloading, which I understood was their policy. They also informed me that I would be charged until 6:45 p.m. and that any unused time would be refunded if the job was completed earlier. The real problems began after the move was finished. One of the movers, who was professional and courteous throughout the day, informed me that my bed headboard had been damaged and showed me the damage. He also told me that the crew had finished one hour earlier than the time I was charged for. He called the office himself and advised me that I should receive a refund for one hour of labor for four movers ($240), plus an adjustment to the fuel charge, for a total refund of approximately $300. After the movers left, I immediately discovered that my brand-new 75-inch Samsung QLED TV had been severely damaged on the bottom-left corner. When I turned it on, half of the screen was black and unusable. This was a TV I had recently purchased so my family could enjoy watching the FIFA World Cup together. Today is June 27, 2026. More than 15 days after the move, I still have not received my final invoice, and I have not received the promised refund of approximately $300. I submitted a claim for both my damaged bed headboard and my TV. The settlement offer I received was not even enough to cover one-third of the TV's value. I did not accept or sign the settlement because I believe it is unfair and does not reflect the actual damage. I contacted customer service to dispute the settlement. After waiting on hold for nearly an hour, my call was disconnected. When I called back, I was told that my claim would be re-evaluated, but they made it clear that there was no guarantee the revised offer would be any closer to the actual value of my loss. The representative repeatedly told me that the settlement was based on the contract I signed, which compensates customers according to the weight of the damaged items rather than their actual value. My response was simple: I trusted this company. I trusted them when they asked to add two more movers to my job. I trusted them to handle my belongings with care. I never expected that they would damage my brand-new TV and then tell me that its value was determined by its weight. I also requested my invoice. I was transferred to another department, where I was told they were short-staffed and that my invoice would be sent the following day. That was over a week ago, and I still have not received it. More than two weeks after my move, I still don't have my invoice, I haven't received the promised refund, and my claim remains unresolved. This entire experience has completely broken my trust in this company. From the damaged property and broken promises to the lack of communication and poor customer service, I have spent more time chasing answers than enjoying my new home. Based on my experience, I don't recommend this company.

We were eventually told (after we had to make contact) that the truck never left Fl until 6/24 (day it was supposed to arrive at receiving facility in PA). We were then told that the truck would arrive in PA Saturday, June 29. That date came and went. We received confirmation the day before that our delivery would be 7/2. We were contacted the morning of that truck never arrived at the receiving facility. On this anticipated delivery day, we took off work and my mother actually drove 3 hours to help us. We received that call 15 min before she arrived. We also took off work for the original delivery date of 6/25. We have been living without furniture, cooking supplies, and a decent place to sit at the end of the day besides camp folding chairs. The guys who came to move us were the best we ever had. They were respectful and so careful with our belongings. Unfortunately, the great experience ended there. UPDATE: Truck finally delivered to local facility last night at midnight (7/2). Local movers arrived this morning (7/3). So far, all boxes are smashed. All heavy boxes were on top of lighter boxes. Should be interesting to open them.
