I had a terrible experience with this moving company, and unfortunately, I am still dealing with the consequences more than two weeks later. On June 12, 2026, two movers arrived at 8:30 a.m. for my move. Shortly afterward, the company called and asked if they could send two additional movers to speed up the process. I trusted their recommendation and agreed. Around 2:00 p.m., I had to leave. Everything seemed to be going well until my wife, who was at our new home, called me after checking our security cameras. She noticed that two of the movers were standing around talking instead of working. Around the same time, my neighbor called to complain that the moving truck was blocking her driveway. I contacted the office, and they apologized. While these issues were frustrating, I considered them manageable. When the movers arrived at my new home, they asked me to pay before unloading, which I understood was their policy. They also informed me that I would be charged until 6:45 p.m. and that any unused time would be refunded if the job was completed earlier. The real problems began after the move was finished. One of the movers, who was professional and courteous throughout the day, informed me that my bed headboard had been damaged and showed me the damage. He also told me that the crew had finished one hour earlier than the time I was charged for. He called the office himself and advised me that I should receive a refund for one hour of labor for four movers ($240), plus an adjustment to the fuel charge, for a total refund of approximately $300. After the movers left, I immediately discovered that my brand-new 75-inch Samsung QLED TV had been severely damaged on the bottom-left corner. When I turned it on, half of the screen was black and unusable. This was a TV I had recently purchased so my family could enjoy watching the FIFA World Cup together. Today is June 27, 2026. More than 15 days after the move, I still have not received my final invoice, and I have not received the promised refund of approximately $300. I submitted a claim for both my damaged bed headboard and my TV. The settlement offer I received was not even enough to cover one-third of the TV's value. I did not accept or sign the settlement because I believe it is unfair and does not reflect the actual damage. I contacted customer service to dispute the settlement. After waiting on hold for nearly an hour, my call was disconnected. When I called back, I was told that my claim would be re-evaluated, but they made it clear that there was no guarantee the revised offer would be any closer to the actual value of my loss. The representative repeatedly told me that the settlement was based on the contract I signed, which compensates customers according to the weight of the damaged items rather than their actual value. My response was simple: I trusted this company. I trusted them when they asked to add two more movers to my job. I trusted them to handle my belongings with care. I never expected that they would damage my brand-new TV and then tell me that its value was determined by its weight. I also requested my invoice. I was transferred to another department, where I was told they were short-staffed and that my invoice would be sent the following day. That was over a week ago, and I still have not received it. More than two weeks after my move, I still don't have my invoice, I haven't received the promised refund, and my claim remains unresolved. From the damaged property and broken promises to the lack of communication and poor customer service, I have spent more time chasing answers than enjoying my new home. Disorganized and unreliable from start to finish. I clearly explained multiple times that this was not a full house move, only remaining items left by another company. That information was never documented, and I had to repeat it in every conversation, which caused ongoing confusion and an inaccurate estimate. I was told the movers would arrive sometime in the afternoon. Around 2:30, I texted for an ETA and was told they would call when they were 30 minutes out. Later, I was told their prior job ran long and that due to driver hour limits, they could only do part of the move. Shortly after, I was informed they were not coming at all due to a truck accident and would need to reschedule. No confirmed time was ever provided for the next day. Because I needed everything out by the 31st, I booked another company and attempted to cancel. I first texted my move contact and was told to call, but when I did, it was 5:42 PM and the office was already closed. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and then sent a cancellation email. Only after I had already tried to cancel by phone and email did I receive a text saying they had everything ready for the morning, despite never giving me a confirmed arrival time. Jacksonville FL- 20 min move distance, June 2026. The sales people went over every last piece of furniture and box that I was going to move and all the square footage and rooms, etc. of my original place and my new place and quoted me around $500. A few days before the move, they called me and had me go over every little detail of everything that was being moved, etc. again even though I had already provided all that information. Still quoted around $500. Move ended up costing $1,200. They insisted on cling wrapping every single piece of furniture, even if it was already padded and then charging for those materials. One of the movers was excellent, fast and efficient even though he stopped for a few smoke breaks. Even he said everybody says that it's way more expensive when than what they were quoted. The other one was a trainee who damaged the new place, clearly didn't know what he was doing and worked at a snails pace compared to the more seasoned mover. I had to chase the company for the insurance to cover the cost of the damage to the wall, and they offered me a very small amount compared to the quote that I got from the painter. The movers broke an irreplaceable lamp that was an antique that wasn't even part of the move, it was just in the home we were moving into and out of the way. They also broke off the legs to a wooden desk. The movers also charged $1600 to move furniture from a one bedroom apartment, and then complained saying in quote "that I have too much shit" and then refused to move my mattress upstairs. WORST moving experience of my life.. DO NOT hire this company! You have been warned. The experience from start to finish was horrible and the staff are incredibly rude and condescending. The operations manager was supposed to call me ahead of the move to confirm details but never did until I reminded them 2 days before the move. We agreed the movers would start between 9 and 10 am, but the movers came at 8 am. I called the manager to ask why the movers came earlier than agreed to which he blatantly lied saying he heard me agree to 8 am. During the move the movers broke my $1,100 bed frame because they were too lazy to read the manual we provided them on how to disassemble the bed frame. This was after I was assured by the movers that "they know what they're doing so I don't need to buy insurance". I will apparently have to fight to get fully reimbursed in court because this company has a history of shorting customers when they break things. I was originally quoted $149 per hour, but found out once all of my furniture was in the truck that there were a bunch of hidden fees in a contract that I was never given(at the start of the move they hand you a tablet where the agreement is hidden and all you can see is the signature bubble. You literally can't pull up the contract). The movers started at 8:45 am and got to my new place at 11:54 am... before unloading they forced me to pay for the 3 hours + 2 more hours they estimated the movers would be done. So they literally held my furniture hostage... for 5 hours I should've been quoted $745 but was quoted almost $1200 with all of the hidden fees added. When I called the manager and told him I felt the $1200 was unfair he quickly changed the amount to $831. Which turned out to really total $931 because they kept the $100 deposit I gave them when I booked the move. Never in my life have I been so stressed during the move. This review cost me $440 to write, but it could save you even more by reading. I thought I was doing my due diligence when I hired All My Sons Moving & Storage. They were one of three companies I compared before my move, but I was scammed and misled. The initial phone representative assured me there was no travel fee, and I would only pay for the hours spent moving plus 18% of the total to cover fuel and travel. However, they still included 30 minutes of travel to and from their business as part of the moving time, meaning I paid $179 just for them to show up and leave, on top of the 18% charge that supposedly covered travel. This was only the beginning of my problems. What they don't disclose upfront--and only inform you of two days before the move, when it's too late to back out--is that you're responsible for any disposable moving supplies they use. Thinking this wouldn't be an issue, I had already packed all small items and left only heavy boxes and furniture for them. However, they wrapped each piece of furniture in plastic, slowly and methodically, inflating both the clock and the material cost. When I suggested most of my furniture didn't need wrapping, they insisted it was company policy. Despite hiring them for just the larger items, it took them five hours to load a modest list of furniture and boxes: 4 dressers 3 beds 1 dining room set 1 entertainment center 1 chest freezer 8 medium moving boxes 2 desks I've done this same move myself in much less time, but due to a chronic back injury, I opted for professional movers. Regrettably, this decision backfired. The movers themselves were far from professional. One admitted it was only his second day and required constant instruction from the others. Despite paying for a three-man crew, I effectively got two workers, slowed down by training the third. Another mover was frequently on his phone, even taking personal calls while working. All of these inefficiencies contributed to a job that was initially estimated to cost around $1,000 ending up at over $2,200. This was for a move just two miles away. To make matters worse, they damaged my brand-new house. The inexperienced mover knocked a large chunk out of my staircase drywall and dented the handrail. Received an answer to my review that was posted on another site. The person who wrote the response was all apologetic and asked me to call to "have a conversation". I called the phone number provided which turned out to be the corporate office in Texas. The lady I talked to said Jason Patterson is actually in the Jacksonville office and transferred me there. Mr. Patterson answered and said he didn't write the the response and would not have a conversation with me. So, we are back to square one and just another reason to never use this company. read more

The worst scam ever. First 2 different people told me a price per hour on the phone and included a 50 dollars off for military discount. They also mentioned the price just magically got lower which was a lie because several months before when i first got a quote it was the same. Then they took a $100 for deposit and said it will go towards the overall price. Then they showed up and used extra unessisary wrapping material that I did not need and they did not ask about it (they used my personal clear wrap too). The guy couldn't find wither locations on top of that. I signed a quote which i was told would be the highest price. Also before they showed up there asshole boss made sure to tell me the clock starts as soon as they show up and after he told me I had to pay for there travel time to my place so he lied and stole more money. Then I rush thinking the clock starts when i'm there when im already getting ripped off right away and no where in the papers does it say that. Then they show up at the delivery address and demand a payment that is 2x more than what was supposed to be the worst possible scenario. so it was supposed to be 159 per hour and include the military discount and the 100 i already paid and it took from 9am-1pm. lets do the math total would be $486 after 50 off for military and 100 off of what i already pre paid. The mover said they used about $40 in materials (used my personal too and was completely not nessisary). i already had everything wrapped. The boss said he charged $100 for that and charged all the way until 130 and charged there whole driving time and probably for more bs. The boss was a piece of crap and I would be embarrassed to work for such an ugly company. You'd be better off at McDonalds. Total charge came out to be $1023 plus the $100 i already paid. We didn't have much to move from a 2 bedroom apartment. Don't bother with these scammers. They should-be in jail. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This is the worst moving company you could imagine...it's a scam. They charged us $900 and only moved a portion of our bedroom before trying to hold out items ransom. They changed the terms of our move 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, dramatically shortening the amount of available time to move goods and increasing the cost by adding a third mover (which we specifically did not want). They moved a portion of our bedroom but said they'd come back the following morning. Full payment was then demanded before removing our bed and nightstands at our new house, otherwise our items would stay in the truck and head to Jacksonville. THEY CANCELLED MY MOVE THE DAY OF AT 3:15PM - SAID THEY "COULDNT GET TO US AND NEEDED TO PUSH ME BACK 4 DAYS!!!!" If i could give zero stars, I would. I have had my move booked for 6+ weeks. I purchased a home 2 months ago and was having renovations done and had to be out of my rental, so i knew EXACTLY the date I needed to move. My move was the very first thing i scheduled that far in advance. Everything was centered around this moving day. They called me a few days before to reconfirm the inventory and then advised they had me for an afternoon move, which i was very upset about because I originally asked for a morning move. Well, there was nothing I could do about that. Then they said they would call at 12 when they were on their way. 12:45 rolls around and no call. I called and asked where the movers were and they said "Oh you are down for a 12-4pm arrival!"....since this was a local move, i decided to go to the new house and work on unpacking boxes until they called. At 3:15PM, they called and told me THEY WERE UNABLE TO GET TO ME AND NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE ME 4 DAYS LATER!!!!! ARE YOU JOKING ME? I thought this seriously had to be a joke. How can you cancel a move on someone??? I had already moved my entire house myself, i needed them for the heavy furniture. we we're quoted for 4 hours and told they would be there Sunday. they showed up at 3pm and then said they couldn't do it but they could do it Monday. we had to be out by Monday and we had a cleaning crew coming Monday. they showed up at 8:15ish and now said it would be 6 hours. cleaning crew arrived while they were still living so I had to pay an extra $100 to the cleaning crew. they took 2 hours to wrap up one couch. it went from a quotes 6 hour job to 8 1/2 so my original quote doubled. on top of that one guy was peeing with the door open, we found trash from them in the bathroom, he sat on the table texting for an hour. Definitely contract with them if you want to be extorted out of several thousand dollars during the process of moving! During the quoting process and during the upload of videos of my home to their app, I made it clear I was looking for a packing and moving service for my house plus a storage unit.. I was quoted initially $3400-3700 for (here I quote Corena that we spoke to) "two guys will cone to your house and storage unit, pack, load the truck, drive, unload, and unpack". After they reviewed my videos again, they quoted me $4900 because they claimed that they didn't know about the storage unit. When the movers showed up to my house, they were stunned that they had to pack despite that being the service I had inquired about! They revised my bill ON THE DAY OF MOVING to $6800. This is fully DOUBLE what I was initially quoted at. During no part of the process did I hide that I needed them to pack and move my belongings. THEN the movers left my house without the storage key. They said that the storage unit was not on their paperwork. I had, at this point, confirmed that the storage unit was a part of the service with the office workers TWICE. I had to call the office to get them to tell the movers to come back and get the key and go to the storage unit. Complete lack of communication! After my belongings had been packed up, at this point the workers had been on the clock for at least 5 hours (arrived 8:30 am, left the apartment 1:30pm). They had a 5 hour drive ahead of them plus unloading. It should have been clear to the office employees that their movers were going to hit DOT regulations for time worked and would have ti go off the clock. The SECOND that was clear they should have notified me that this "same-day service" would not be same-day. Instead, I was up waiting for my truck to come at 10pm and only after calling the office (no response), calling the customer service line that's "24/7" (no response), calling the mover (no response), texting the mover (no response), I had someone call the mover from a different number and THEN he answered and told me that my wouldn't arrive until the next day at 8am and that they would call an hour before. AGAIN lack of communication. The next day, I didn't receive communication until 8:30 that they wouldn't be there until 11:30am. Because of these lies, miscommunications, and delays, not only was I charged DOUBLE my quote, but I also had to pay to stay in a hotel because my belongings were not where they were supposed to be. In short, either: 1. Someone in their office (Corena is my best guess) messed up in her job or deliberately misquoted us to secure our business and then covered it up to blame us. 2. This was a genuine error initially, then their app glitched, and THEN someone (Corena or Tonja, at this point) covered it up to blame us. The actual packers and movers did a fine job, but the office workers are extortionists who lie to you and blame you for their circumstances that make you pay ever increasing costs. The team members were very friendly and professional. But the company underestimated the job and had to come back a second day to finish. And they didn't come back until a week later. Also I purchased insurance, but when I made a claim for a large screen TV that worked before the move and didn't after they denied it. They said it was impossible to determine what caused the damage. But the TV was only 3 years old and it seems obvious if it worked before the move but not after it was likely damaged during the move. But if that is their standard, then their insurance is worthless. Lastly the movers damaged walls and doors in both the old and new home. I would never hire them again. read more

Number 1 it took 3 hours to move 2 dining room tables and chairs, a hutch, 2 coffee tables and 2 end tables. The three hours was not the worst part then they are also charged me $700 for supplies. We've moved about 6 times in our life. We've never had an issue with a moving company. We just moved to FL from NJ in a 26 foot Uhaul that was professionally loaded. I had everything in there with a foot of room to spare. These guys show up with a larger truck, and couldn't even finish getting all of the items out of the storage unit. They were about to leave an entire bedroom set in storage and when confronted with it, the guys couldn't have been less helpful. No apologies, no offers for remedies no nothing. I had to load my own truck up again and I still left stuff there. They sat watching me load my stuff into my car all after I bought them water, Gatorade, and lunch. I called the main office to discuss and they were also the least helpful people I have ever dealt with. Dalton only offered to reduce a fuel charge vs. Sending his crew back to finish the job they were hired to do for 1600. On top of that, they come into the house and start slamming boxes down that have plate ware in them, they lifted a entertainment center upright with an electric fire place insert that did fall out of the brackets and nearly fell out of the entertainment center altogether. Thanks to them, I have major scuff marks and scratches on the wall going upstairs that I will have to fix, in addition to scuff marks on the floor. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong with this move. Absolutely terrible company to work with and would never recommend anyone. We moved from St Augustine to Jacksonville a total of 11 miles . When you booked. The move I was given a quote of $800.00 dollars and promised 3 men. Hired the company for a short move, they responded within the half hour, available for last minute, provided an estimate based upon the information provided to them, they were a bit late arriving but did call to give an arrival time. Upon arrival they surveyed the area, mapped out their strategy, and began working right away, they were efficient and moved rather quickly so as not to waste my time, upon completion of loading they ensured all items requested to be moved were on board and ready to transport to the next location. Unloading was as efficient, everything was placed where I requested, and the items in need of assembly were completed, the cost was in line with my estimate, reasonably priced, great group of movers. read more

I have been trying to have their claims department return my call to discuss settlement. NO ADEQUATE RESOLUTION - they leave you hanging hoping you will miss their deadline!! Horrible experience. I literally only had a couch to deliver from point A to B. I specifically told James I didn't want a late start time and wanted it early in the day, and he gave a me a "hanger" time frame of some time before 11 am. I was totally fine with that.  I specifically told him if it would be in the afternoon then it won't work and we can find someone else, in which he guaranteed us it would be around 11 am, and we were open with a little leeway. Saturday June 29th, no communication. I called the office at around 11 am for an ETA. The guy wanted to educate me on what a hanger time frame is and said my "new hanger" time frame is around 2:45 pm. Again, I was frustrated but still okay with that. 3pm comes a long and I call the office and Camryn tells me "your time frame should have been 12-3, let me call the driver and get an ETA. He should be on the way shortly and will call you within 20 minutes with an ETA."  No call, again no communication. It's now almost 5pm and my husband speaks to the driver named Devin. The immaturity level is astounding. He stated he would be there in 45 minutes. When we asked for some clarification on why we were strung along, he stated "I'll have the office call you, I am not doing this today" as if this was for free which it is not. We spoke to the last gem of the day named Josh, the operations manager. He was not listening to us, and acted like he was teaching us a cool new industry term known as the HANGER time frame which his whole office clearly doesn't understand since we got 4 different hanger times with NO communication throughout day. When you have kids running a place with zero people skills this is what you get.  He started explaining that they don't know how long their previous jobs will take because they have to get inventory from the clients etc, which again was just another excuse since his driver just told me this is their third day on the same job... Someone could have communicated this morning that they have a fulls days job left and won't be able to arrive anywhere near the required time and we could have found ourselves another solution.  This was greed and a lack of common courtesy.  All these positive google reviews are what got me to choose them, and now I feel they are falsified. read more

Absolutely the worst ! Payed over $800 to move my furniture 1 mile... drivers left it on the garage due to staples on the floor.. they did not feel safe. Aside from this ... several pieces of expensive furniture were damaged. Which I was not refunded. Highly not recommended. read more

The guys who moved us were great. The administration not so much. Our move had to be split into two days because the load before us ran late. But when I tried to find out when that would happen I could not get anyone to call me back. All I got was "someone will call you soon". And then there is how my last name got changed on all the paperwork including email address on the day of the move when it was correct in previous correspondence. They did waive the travel time cost and fuel charge since the split days was not my fault. I just think the back office would benefit from self evaluation of their procedures. read more

The 2 movers were nice, But I had an antique dresser to be moved I told them if they could not safely get upstairs I could leave it down stairs they said they could do it and broke the leg. When everything was finished and they went over the final price it was 200 dollars more than quoted by phone included in that was 117 dollars for moving supplies which included a 2 dollar plastic bag as a mattress cover a roll of tape and stretch wrap they literally only wrapped the dresser that was broken and stuffed my mattress in a plastic bag extremely disappointed with this company and still have not received claims form fir damages read more

ALERT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They use teenagers to move around belongings and do not give attention to detail. They broke my 65 inch TV, scraped up expensive furniture, and more. They will intentionally work slow to add extra time to get paid more money. read more

Worst movers ever. From the 2 Different crews in fighting between them to one of the drivers smoking pot to arriving at our new home to find police surrounding one of the trucks. Apparently the driver didn't want to wait for the gate code and drove through the security arms. Everything was horrible including the packing. Multiple things broken. Different items from different rooms in a box marked completely differently than what the contents were. Things like coffee pots were not emptied of water before they packed them. Even though we went item by item the estimator under quoted the job and turned a quoted $300 job into $800. Also the guys arrived late to the point where they couldn't wrap any furniture or get everything cause they were going to hit their hour limit. This is because the quoter did the same thing for the job before and it runway too long. The movers were ok but the company is not good read more

Broke a dresser leg off and tried to hide it by drywall screwing the leg on and painting the exposed broken board with silver sharpie. They also damaged a nightstand, i think by ramming a dolly into it, the nightstand was transported upside down with the dolly hitting the front edge. read more

This was the worst moving experience of my life. As a 20 year Navy veteran, I have moved plenty of times. This was by far the most unprofessional and uncomfortable moving experience. I hired professional movers for my heavier or more expensive furniture only to watch it get beaten up and almost dropped down the stairs. One mover yanked my Peloton bike down the stairs then drug it through the dirt. The company has not responded to my email or to their own survey they sent me. Do not use this company. read more

this was a bad moving experience to say the least, and when my next moves come up. I will not be using their services 1. upon arrival, the 'crew' seemed slightly unorganized 2. very inefficient use of time, costing me money. A move that probably should have been somewhere around $1200 - $1300 ended up costing $2200 not including the broken 'new' TV - 3. i had a 90 day old basically new Samsung 75 inch TV ... the movers wrapped it, loaded it etc - when I plugged it in at the new home (while they were here) it quickly became evident that it was damaged in transit, breaking the screen - the movers acknowledged their mistake, were apologetic and I was emailed a claims form ... I submitted the form yesterday, and am told that it will take 3-5 days to review, this is extremely frustrating as I suspect they will just rely on their .60 per lb insurance coverage - basically reimbursing me a whopping $60 - $75 for a tv that cost over $1k 3 months ago .... I hope I am wrong now they have not responded to the claim, so I will edit / update if they do the right thing - but given the sense of urgency, I am fearful on their professional response, and how they'll do the right thing ... especially after the reviews I have read in addition, at the end of the move - one of the movers was insisting I provide a review in front of him using my phone, it seemed very aggressive and uncomfortable, not okay! in light of the damage, would have also thought a call or quick follow up, to date - no response moving is stressful, and I feel the experience I had warranted this review - hoping they remedy it read more
