Alas, in this case it was latter experience which was a very bitter experience. Marc replied to our request for landscaping that included: 1. Creating a flower bed 2. Planting the trees in-ground( These were growing in pots) 3. Clean the front yard of any weeds. We agreed upon a price and date to do the job. He and his crew showed up on time for the job and we discussed everything and the crew started working. This is when the things started going downhill. They completed the flowerbed with some inputs from us and went on to start with the plants. Just while doing the second plant, Marc suddenly decided that they are not doing the work anymore and just took his stuff and start to leave. We were shocked and we asked what is the matter? He just plainly said, "The effort does not worth the money he is getting." Me and my wife were both shocked hearing this statement. We asked if anything could be done, if he wants more money to do the job then previously stated and he said it would be $500 more, to which we said it is ok we will give the money. Then he said another statement which shocked me more. He said, today is Sunday so I will not do it today (Did we not agree to do the work on Sunday????) He just left as if he did not care about customer service at all. He and crew did good job with flower bed so we at least paid what we agreed upon. However, being in customer service filed and not adhering to the principles and ethics of customer service is what took me off guard. I would caution anyone who may plan to hire his services, if you are willing to work on your own, then hire him. He may just leave the job in between as if he is not even concerned on his commitment.

Original Review: Earlier this morning around 8:45 AM, I experienced a dangerous encounter with a Quik Care Services vehicle. As I slowed to about 25 mph to turn into my neighborhood, their driver tailgated me, crossed the double yellow line, and honked aggressively. Fortunately, my Tesla's cameras captured the entire incident. While that behavior was unacceptable, the owner's immediate and thoughtful response completely changed my view of the company.
