One of the reasons I looked forward to my visit was because he did his residency at my alma mater Northwestern University and I feel confident I'm in good hands. One of his many specialties is sports medicine and musculoskeletal system injuries. My fingers are crossed that he can get me on my feet again so I can toss my stupid Walker in a dumpster, travel again, and get my life back. He ordered an MRI of my left hip so he can assess the severity of the labrum tear. The tear is very painful and debilitating to say the least. It's kept me from traveling, visiting restaurants and museums, and enjoying my life. The staff at this facility were welcoming and helpful. The place was packed and bustling with activities. Despite this, I only waited 10 minutes before hobbling to the exam room. The MRI will take place on 10/3; I will return to Dr. V's office on 10/11 for the verdict: arthroscopic surgery or a hip replacement. My fingers are crossed that it's an arthroscopy. At the time of check in, the lady at the desk said it would be "a wait".....later she started defining how long it would be for others saying "30 mins" or "40 mins" but these folks were after me - so I thought for sure it cannot be that long for me. Wrong I was - 1 hour time wasted. The front desk ladies say "we can't do anything" or "we are just the messengers" - I understand that however, you are also the problem - identify the problem of long waits....raise it up - do something about it. The real problem is people who find this acceptable and just lift their arms up and say "sorry can't do anything". Change can always happen. Improvements can always happen.

I can see why they closed up shop, they over billed for my insurance and I had to pay the…read moredifference. I had them check all costs before going in and was told all costs covered and no problems. I would have to rethink using any of their places in the future after an experience like this was. They did not send any reports to the doctors that requested the MRI and primary doctor also. Check with your insurance for in network locations and get the costs reduced, I hope this helps someone save $.

My experience with the company and a prior doctor has been a complete nightmare that has exhausted me physically , mentally, and emotionally. I agree with the other reviewers about the company. It's a disappointment. Fees and charges are applied for reasons that aren't accurate and for procedures that haven't been provided . It's sad that this is allowed and nobody seems to care or follow through in a caring and professional manner. I feel bad for the people at the call centers who probably listen to negative feedback and issues all day. Still waiting on promised refunds , appropriate responses , and apologies.
