The day they were supposed to reinstall 2 toilets and vanities, and remove one toilet, they installed one vanity and left at 1pm. I called that company at 4 and they didn't know what happened. The next day, I called Watershed at 8 am anticipating leaving a message. Mike, the owner, answered. I told him my dilemma and he said he'd be there at 8:30 am (mind you, I had had Watershed out to look a toilet that wasn't flushing right. When they came out it was fine. I spoke with Isaac about replacing the 3 toilets, hoses and valves eventually and he said "Just give us a call" and did not charge me for the investigation call!!! When I spoke to Mike, he even knew what unit and complex I was in!!! I told Mike that since they were responsive and ready to do the work, let's go ahead and do everything. Once he got the lay of the land, he told his employees what needed to be done. Isaac and his helper (I can't remember his name) got the primary vanity installed the right way and installed the new toilet. Took out the toilet so that the flooring could be finished and looked at the hall bath. They came back bright and early the next day and got everything else done!!
