There were some issues with my car being delivered by the tow company and after expressing my frustrations the manager called me directly to clarify everything and give me peace of mind. I also experienced really prompt phone calls once the appraiser started taking my car apart so I could get things going with the insurance right away (they knew I was in a time crunch, and would have a baby only a few weeks theaccident!). I am more concerened with the fraudulant inspection than anything else here, since NYS inspection is the bare minimum on safety, and I am driving 700 miles per week (i made sure everyone was aware). They misfiled my paperwork and had the wrong name on my loan, which i corrected in office, only to have them file the wrong name with the bank. Their website had offered me 6.9 apr, which was cranked to 7.9 on the day of. Not too pleased with the experience. The sales person, and even support were both great and responsive. The back end service team that fixes the vehicle, and the finance team fumbled the finish and took far too long to just let us wait with no communication. What the team lacks is consistancy. I'm changing this to 3 stars from 1 to acknowledge the parts of this process that worked very well, but there are places to grow for this 105 year business If these issues are visibly addressed, Hoselton would recieve my recommendation.

Where I purchased the car they informed me they could not do it and take it to Subaru my car is the GR 86 and is manufactured by Subaru I went to Van Bortel and was informed they could not do it because it's a Toyota went back to Hoselton and they said my car needed a special tool (their words) and they would not order "special tool" refusing to service a car I bought from them so now I am driving a unsafe car that has no auto breaking system, traction control, adaptable speed control and cruise control I am forced to file a consumer complaint through the NYS AG as directed by a attorney I have lodged a complaint with Toyota NA
