He has never had an issue getting parts, even including the unusual size tires for my wifes car that even tire shops don't carry and have to special order. The one time I had tires installed and one leaked, I simply brought it back and they replaced the faulty valve stem within 5 minutes of me getting there, solving the problem. For major mechanical I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. The only downside is that Sparky won't do engine replacements anymore and I've been looking at getting a 69 Camaro and would want him to do a full engine swap for a rebuilt one rather than try to do the work myself.

They got me in and fixed the tire but advised and warned me I needed a tire due to the 3_eights bolt hole in the tire.So I ordered a pair of tires, called my boss and took the day off. Next morning Tuesday I went to their shop and waited for the tire delivery,nothing. I waited all afternoon and Bob the owner got on the phone and so did Brian his mechanic. They made a few calls to their tire distributor and asked where my tires were. They were told a few stories. Bottom line, no tires. So I came home at 5 O'clock hoping that the tires would be delivered that evening and I could get them Wednesday morning. I went there there Wednesday morning after another day off,no tires. I was forced to go elsewhere for tires. My boss was getting annoyed. I was pleased with Bob and his mechanic how they stayed on the distributor, calling him, asking what the problem was with delivery. And Bob said he's had problems before. And after it happened to me he apologized and said this guy is going to get a piece of my mind. And I may add that Bob didn't charge me for repairing the flat the evening before, hey I ordered 2 new tires from him, and have bought gas there for a long time on weekends when I prepare for the week.
