Malcom is highly recommended. We decided in September 2021 (yes, 14+ months ago) to replace our 2007 Audi. We also decided to use an auto broker as we had in 2008 when we bought our Audi. I searched here on Yelp and Malcom's name came up. With lots of great reviews. I contacted Malcom in October 2021 to help us buy a VW ID.4 AWD Pro S. He helped us get started with VW's queue. Then, we waited. For 13 months. Finally, when we were on vacation in Europe (which Malsom and the dealer knew about) our car arrived at the dealer. Because we did not show up right away to buy it, the dealer tried to sell it to someone else. Malcom prevented this and on November 23 we signed a "million" papers and picked up our car at HM Brown. Okay, first and foremost I am extremely biased against HM Brown - following the purchase of the pictured vehicle they have dropped every ball, fired my sales rep, and much worse - their behavior continues to be negligent, rude, at times out of control, and indeed I have everything either recorded (via telephonic means) or everything is written through text and email. This is a FACTUAL account, and I will be posting all of the information on my personal website to authenticate all information, as to not make any of this slander or defamation - the truth is an absolute defense to any violation, and everything written can and will be backed up by HM Brown employees, paperwork, or similar. There is a credit check and then there is HM Brown (HMB); HMB sends all potential clients through a vigorous screening process through OFAC (the Office of Foreign Assets Control is a financial intelligence and enforcement agency of the U.S. Treasury Department). But, don't count on anyone telling you this - I only know this after purchasing my SECOND VEHICLE from the group, with a broker that was too mouthy - he also happened to JUST complete the first repo in H.M. Brown history - 10 years ago this company was a 5 star and growing company. Today, I predict, sadly, they will not exist in one year from today, if I take any action or not. But stealing and cheating customers who have absolutely everything recorded is just flat out dumb! read more

Malcolm has helped me for years with car lease/ purchases and I always have been more than satisfied. Recently my near new 2021 Audi Etron had some rear end damage. Because the car market situation is so crazy right now my insurance company decided to "total" the car even though the collision shop said it was repairable. Presumably the insurance company would rather sell the parts from the damaged vehicle then pay for repairs. My rental car allotment was running out and I needed a car quickly.
