These guys seemed super nice at first. But after owning the car I bought from them for 45 days, my ignition coil broke and I had to tow the car to a mechanic. The mechanic fixed the coil, but also found the brake rotors were rusted despite being listed as "new brakes" and there was a massive crack in the engine block. I called the team for a refund, but was treated extremely poorly, they essentially called myself and my mechanic a liar. I have attached pictures of one of the rotors and the crack end the engine block. Do not buy from this dealership.

Jordan motors is the place to go! Honest business and I pulled my car off the lot 3 hours after I test drove it. Very satisfied!

Buyers beware -- get your emissions checked immediately!…read more They sold me a car that did not pass emissions, then told me to just keep driving it even though it had defective parts and "it wasn't a big deal." I was informed the repairs could take up to two weeks. I asked them to pause the payment process until the car was fixed because I did not want to make payments on a "new" car that I couldn't legally drive just four days after buying it. Instead, they told me to come pick out another vehicle. They had me test drive three more cars -- one of which even had a check engine light on. After wasting my time test driving these vehicles, the manager, Sheri, then told me all of the cars I drove would cost significantly more than the original vehicle. Why put someone through all of that if those cars were never realistic options? What makes this worse is that this was my second car through CarHop. My first vehicle also failed emissions because of missing parts, including a fan and gas cap. At this point, it's hard to believe they do proper inspections or due diligence before selling these vehicles. Please get your car checked immediately before the short grace period runs out.

I usually get my regular maintenance at a nearby auto mechanic shop but I had to come here for a recall and I had another good experience. Courtney checked me in and she was super nice. They have a nice waiting area and the coffee machine actually made some good French Vanilla espresso. The wifi is good so I was able to do some work on my laptop while waiting for my Lyft home. Oh did I mention they partner with Lyft to give you a ride home and back? The recall took several days so the free Lyft home was a nice touch. Luckily I have another car so I wasn't dependent on a loaner since they don't provide one. They also did a complete inspection and found some minor issues that I will have my local mechanic fix. I decided to write a review since I had a good purchase and service experience with this dealership.

I call and text and get NO information on my car. We went to the dealership on Saturday and got lip service from sales manager about how this was not the way we should be treated - and promised on Monday I would get update. Nothing. I called and texted. Funniest part was that I had also lodged a claim with Jeep Customer service- they called to tell me yesterday they couldn't get the service manager to respond to their inquiries. I said maybe this shouldn't be a Jeep dealership if they treat customers so poorly. Buy a car elsewhere- service it elsewhere. Stay away!!!!!

I'd also like to give a shout out to Tom, the used car manager, who contacted me directly on several occasions to discuss the purchase address any concerns I had. The team at Emich does a great job at making sure your questions are addressed and they answer them in a transparent and honest way. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, both local and out of state.

They then removed all the freon from my car anf said my a/c was fixed and when I confronted them and told them I was tired of the lies, they said they were offended (apparently cause the truth HURTS!) and they then told me I could take my car elsewhere to get what they messed up fixed. Moved to Colorado 3 years ago, and the car was pretty worthless in the snow. I still owed about 5k on the Fusion. By the time I realized something was seriously wrong, their 3‑day return policy had already passed, and I was stuck dealing with SilverRock, their warranty company. From the start, the car vibrated violently at highway speeds over 60 mph. I replaced the passenger wheel‑well track, then had a mechanic replace the drive shaft and rear axle. None of it fixed the problem. I was eventually told the car needed a new transmission -- and even after replacing that, the vibration continued. Two different mechanics told me the same thing: the car showed signs of being in a major accident, even though the CarFax report showed nothing. Later, during a simple tire repair, I learned that three of the rims were severely bent. I barely drove this car, yet the amount of hidden damage was unbelievable. I rely on my vehicle for work, and the constant repairs put me into debt. Neither DriveTime nor Bridgecrest offered any real support, and now I'm facing repossession because they sold me a lemon. My advice: be extremely cautious. Take any car from this location to a trusted mechanic before you buy, and make sure you test drive it at highway speeds. The salesman who sold me my car was not honest, and the dealership did nothing to make things right. Protect yourself -- they will not protect you.
