    Car

I honestly came here on a whim and to simply take a look at the car in the photos. I was in the market for a 335i but I saw this 340i and the price seemed too good to be true. The car did have some hail damage and that's why it was priced so under market but that didn't deter me from the car. Younis was the salesmen who helped me with my inquire of the car. He let me take a look at it and test drive it around the block. The car was exactly what I hoped it would be, quick and smooth. After getting back I started to debate whether it was worth it or not and my fiancé ended up convincing me to get it. It was in a price range I could work with and exactly the kind of car I was looking for. Younis made the whole process of purchasing the car such a delight. He was patient and attentive to my concerns and questions about the car. The shift nob was cracked and he even agreed to get me a replacement part at no cost to myself. In the end, I ended up driving off the lot with the exact car I wanted and at a price I wanted. Highly recommend this dealership and Younis specifically for how easy he is to work with and his knowledge about his inventory.

She truly listened and made the process smooth from start to finish. Big thanks to Eric for his professionalism, Sarah in helping coordinate, Hector in finance (gracias por tu ayuda en arreglar el financiamiento), and Ali the owner (shukran, achi) -- you've all created a top-tier team that treats people right. Highly recommend this dealership if you want a team that genuinely cares.

I saw a Scion TC for $8400 that had low miles , one owner , and it was perfect for me.I work, I can afford it. I have shit credit due to an ex husband, but I'm going for it any way. I called auto mart about the Scion, I was pre approved online for the Scion (HEADS UP pre approval doesn't mean dick at this sales lot) I was told to come in. When I got there , I made it clear I wanted the Scion, I told them how much I had to put down and that was it. I had to still get insurance . Pre-approval said 0 down and $485 a month. I was fine with that. Neither here nor there. To get into this car, I was told "$3000 down or a co-signer" by Mr Gutierrez . Those were the terms . I only had $1500. So I spent the whole damn day, contemplating over whether or not to involve a friend and ask her to Co-sign for me. I need a car for work. The car I had , literally just died the same day all this was happening . I was desperate. So I asked my friend of 12 years if she would do me this favor. She believes in me , and we have an understanding. She was aware how much pride I had to swallow just to ask, so of course she would cosign. It is now 6pm, i know she filled out the paperwork online , so I get an Uber to go back, pay them what I told them I had, and pick up the car. That is NOT what happened . My friend who shall remain nameless, has a credit score people can only dream of. Realistically, they should've given me what ever the f*** I wanted. I have a co signer. Some one who says they will pay, if for what ever reason I cannot. When I get there, I'm ready to pay and go, and all the sales people are talking at the desk. I was not even greeted this time around, just sat there, waiting. My salesman comes back with paperwork for a fucking Chevy equinox that costs upward of $24k are you fucking kidding me. Apparently, I don't qualify for the $8400 dollar car, but all of a sudden I'm approved for $24 k ? Make this shit make sense to me. I don't want to be up side down on a fucking loan until I'm dead. I wanted the Scion, I told these bastards I wanted the Scion , I was told I could have the Scion, for $3000 down or a co-signer. I brought them a co signer and they still came up with some bullshit, so they could kill me financially, put me in a loan that I was frankly uncomfortable with , just so this fucker Got a higher commission. Guess what genius ?? now ya got no commission. Sometimes greed backfires , I was desperate, not fucking stupid. You shoulda just sold me the car I asked for the car you TOLD ME I COULD HAVE with a co-signer, LIARS . This place does not give a shit about what you want, or what you can afford. They want to sell you something beyond your means so they can take it back from you and resell it 600 more times . They Tell me the bank wouldn't approve me because the car was older.. I call BULLSHIT! The bank would've approved a no collateral loan, with the co signer I had. And with that no collateral loan, I would've taken that cash and just handed it to them and bought the car out right. They know this. Trust me, if I know this , They definantly know this. Needless to say, this dealership is on its last leg, there were no other customers the three separate times I was there, which tells me, they are not doing something right. If anything. Do not go here. Have some pride in yourself. Have some faith in yourself and go to an actual dealership. Research what kind of car you want And stick with it, if you have good credit, then you have the option to go ANY WHERE else. If you have less than perfect credit , they will promise they can help you. They swore to me they would get me in a car. At the end of the day, they still want to charge me $3000 to put down on a car I didn't want and that cost exponentially more than I was willing to pay . BUYER BEWARE! Buying a car should be a happy occasion,, something special, and exciting. These guys fucking shit all over me, my car buying experience and my day. Watch yourself ..

Buyers beware -- get your emissions checked immediately!…read more They sold me a car that did not pass emissions, then told me to just keep driving it even though it had defective parts and "it wasn't a big deal." I was informed the repairs could take up to two weeks. I asked them to pause the payment process until the car was fixed because I did not want to make payments on a "new" car that I couldn't legally drive just four days after buying it. Instead, they told me to come pick out another vehicle. They had me test drive three more cars -- one of which even had a check engine light on. After wasting my time test driving these vehicles, the manager, Sheri, then told me all of the cars I drove would cost significantly more than the original vehicle. Why put someone through all of that if those cars were never realistic options? What makes this worse is that this was my second car through CarHop. My first vehicle also failed emissions because of missing parts, including a fan and gas cap. At this point, it's hard to believe they do proper inspections or due diligence before selling these vehicles. Please get your car checked immediately before the short grace period runs out.

They will take parts off your car and put them on other people's cats then tell you that a rock must've knocked the part off. They then removed all the freon from my car anf said my a/c was fixed and when I confronted them and told them I was tired of the lies, they said they were offended (apparently cause the truth HURTS!) and they then told me I could take my car elsewhere to get what they messed up fixed. Starting on May 30, we purchased a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Emich Kia. My family and I have…read morepurchased around 20 vehicles over the past 25 years, and I would place this experience toward the bottom when ranking that warm & fuzzy feeling you get when purchasing a vehicle. Communication was poor - there have been surprises every step of the way, starting with after we put down the $2,500 deposit when we learned that there was only 1 key fob. I responded with "really?" and I expected them to replace the key fob at their cost. Instead, I get a tersely worded SMS from Ryan the general manager saying "It's a used car and the price is the price we agreed to with the equipment that it has. [Sales rep] never told you that it has 2 keys." I said fair enough and thanked them for being up front about the missing key fob. So then a couple of days later, they FedEx the paperwork with some sort of weekday-only shipping where the packages only move during weekdays. It was nice that they pre-paid for the return FedExing with the same M-F service. So I fill out the paperwork, get some page notarized and mail 2 checks for the remaining balance after the $2,500 deposit. It took about 3 or 4 days after the checks cleared our banks for their finance department to release the vehicle. We were out of town while this happened. I called for the 3rd or so time to check to see when the vehicle would be shipped to us, and I learned a few things, like: 1) the car was shipped earlier that day 2) there's a crack in the front windshield (which Emich Kia said they would pay to replace) and 3) they forgot to put the vehicle charging cable in the car before they hastily shipped it and that they would M-F FedEx it to us. Well then on June 17, we received the car and learned that they did not charge the battery. re-wash the car or fill the gas tank before they shipped it. These are not must-dos, and as the GM would say the price did not include washing, charging or filling the gas tank. Nor does the price we paid cover the missing wheel key. They did do some things right. For example, they originally quoted the cost for shipping from Denver to Houston at $750, but apparently Tom the sales manager got a lower rate of $650, which was the only pleasant surprise. I will say that Duston the sales rep and Tom his sales manager were pleasant to work with despite their lack of attention to detail. The dealership also provided an extensive Carfax report and good details of some pre-sale inspections & repairs they did. So all in all, it feels like the used car team at Emich Kia are disorganized and don't really value the customer experience nearly as much as the 15 or so other dealerships we've purchased vehicles from over the past 3 decades. But it sounds like it's not Tom or Duston's fault that their customers don't get that great feeling when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Emich Kia. Rather, it's their management's desire to squeeze every dollar out of every deal is the reason is why customer satisfaction takes a back seat to their bottom line. So again, not a great experience and not as bad as it could have been. That said, I'll make sure to post updates if we find anything else that doesn't meet our expectations, including if they make some attempt to do anything extra not included in the price paid for the vehicle. *these concerns have already been bought to the attention of the dealership, so while the dealership might be "disappointed to hear that my experience was not a positive one," I don't need to reach out and give the dealership another "opportunity to address [my] concerns." I don't need to "reach out to us directly at (303) 757-7751 when [I] have a chance" because I've already done so.

I first brought it to Firestone (one of their approved warranty shops), but they couldn't even provide a proper diagnostic. I then had to move it to the Hyundai dealership, where costs piled up fast. Between deposits, diagnostics, and repairs, I've already spent over $1,700 out of pocket, all within the first month of ownership. The warranty they sell you on is very misleading. It excludes basic but critical parts like spark plugs, ignition coils, and belts. These are exactly the kinds of things that fail and cause drivability problems, yet none of them are covered. That leaves the customer paying for expensive repairs right away despite having "coverage." To make matters worse, DriveTime's customer relations department has been completely useless. No alternative transportation, no meaningful help, and no accountability for selling a car that broke down so quickly. For clarity, Wesley (the salesperson) was professional and helpful at the time of purchase, so this is not directed at him personally. The problem is with DriveTime as a company, the poor quality of the vehicles they sell, and the false peace of mind they advertise with their warranty. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I strongly recommend avoiding DriveTime unless you want to risk the same headache, read the fine print and don't trust their promises.

DriveTime has been unwilling to assist because I didn't buy the extended warranty and says I failed to maintain the car even with proof of an oil change within my two months of ownership. Any decent mechanic (or anyone who can do a web search) knows an engine doesn't build up debris and get shot within 2 months/3000 miles - that takes years.
