The show room is huge and well laid out with a great selection. We were greeted by Kelly who was friendly and genuine with a great personality. She remembered my husband from an earlier transaction and offered no push back when we talked about switching up our mattress purchase. The end result always seemed to be that the items I had already paid for (in full) were sitting in a warehouse until some random shipping company was available to deliver them. Sound familiar? My experience with Davis Furniture was happily the opposite. I was updated on my order status, and when an issue came up with a shipment that was beyond their control, they quickly found a solution. They delivered my order to my far away address within one week of the items arriving at their store, and their delivery team was so professional! They were very careful not only with the furniture, but with the door frames, stairs, and walls. As ridiculously heavy as these items were, and as tight as the stairway corners were, they left no trace. This kind of customer service is a lost art. You know the saying ... you get what you pay for. Don't be afraid to ditch the online furniture outlets and shop here!

Three employees were standing together chatting and drinking coffee, and their attitude was essentially, "It's written on the machine, so too bad." There was no courtesy, no effort to help, just a very condescending tone. They also claimed that every store in Leavenworth charges a credit card fee, which was untrue. After visiting many restaurants, galleries, shops, and ice cream stores during my three day trip, this was the only place that did. This ended up being my worst customer service experience in Leavenworth, mainly because of how dismissive the staff were. I would not return.

Cubbies full of different hats made for fun shopping with my parents in July 2017 when we were in downtown for some exploring during one of our family reunions in the area. After taking a hard look at the offerings and dwelling on a Seahawks hat, I decided to go with the Indiana Jones hat. The hat fit my head, nice because my head runs a bit on the large side, and had a large brim, which I find to be helpful for sun protection during geology fieldwork. The price was fair, and the workers helpful. At the time I was concerned the hat may be a bit on the thin side for my purposes. Nope. Almost five years later, the hat is still in great condition. I store it with my handmade Polish sheep/goat-herding hat. They have surprisingly similar structure and dimensions.
