Mike was responsive, calm, and incredibly thorough. He explained that there was significant sediment buildup and made it clear he could get water on quickly, but that it wouldn't be good-quality water. Instead, he came back Saturday to properly clean out the well, install a new pressure tank, and replace the pump--doing the job the right way.
