We had already been researching replacements and Husnik was at the top of our list, but we were hoping to wait until spring. Unfortunately, the well pump failed on Thanksgiving--best laid plans. Mike was responsive, calm, and incredibly thorough. He explained that there was significant sediment buildup and made it clear he could get water on quickly, but that it wouldn't be good-quality water. Instead, he came back Saturday to properly clean out the well, install a new pressure tank, and replace the pump--doing the job the right way. During what felt like a true household crisis (no running water really changes your perspective!), Mike went above and beyond. When he realized Friday night that our water wouldn't be restored until Saturday, he even offered to let us refill empty water jugs at his business. That kind of thoughtfulness and integrity is rare.
