Once again, Jay delivered a quality product. After getting my wife's interior cleaned, I decided to bring my 2019 Tundra to Jay to get ceramic coating put on. As always, Jay was professional, courteous, and enjoyable to work with. He told me it would take two days to apply the five-year coating, and he delivered on time. When I picked up my truck, it looked brand new! The paint literally looks like it's fresh off the line. When I brought it to him, I had swirl marks and light spider web lines in the paint. All of that is completely gone and it literally looks like the day I bought it. Actually, it wasn't even this shiny when I bought it. The ceramic coating makes a huge difference and my hand literally slides off the tailgate, as I'm closing it, because of how smooth the coating is. Jay even reconditioned the plastic on my bumpers, all the trim, and my headlights. My headlights were so faded that he wasn't sure he'd be able to restore them. These guys are great, professional, willing to answer any question you may have and most importantly take a lot of pride in their work! Their attention to detail is beyond what I expected and I just can't thank them enough. They provide shuttle service, keep you updated throughout the process with pics and texts and you can just tell they really have passion for detail. Other quotes I got didn't include any type of paint correction because the car was so "new". Julian didn't take the easy way out and wanted to make sure the car was as close to perfect as possible. I called to ask few questions about ceramic coating and what the cost was, Julian was really helpful, accommodating on the phone and gave me a quote, and instantly got me scheduled for that week. I recently took over my son's car from him and couldn't get rid of a strong smoke smell that wouldn't go away no matter what I tried. I had even gotten the carpets cleaned at a car wash but the smell was still there. My husband was tired of hearing me and my daughters complain so he took the car to Julian for a complete detail. The smell from the car is GONE and it isn't masked, there is no scent, it just smells clean and new. BEWARE of this detailing business. I paid to have certain services done, silver ceramic coating package, wheel refinishing for all 4 wheels, paintless dent repair and complete cleaning of interior including steam cleaning. They cheated me by not doing several of the services I paid for. I asked for $300 back, the cost of the services not done which they agreed to pay. It has been a month now and I still have not received a reimbursement of $300. They will not respond to my text messages. I want everyone to know about this dishonest business. The ceramic coating package did make my car look much better although I feel the work is only average. The refinishing of the wheels is below average in my opinion, there are grinding marks on the finish from the work, should not be any marks at all. The PDR work looks good. So I contacted Julian in mid December and commissioned him to perform the ceramic coating on my black Toyota. Many swirl marks, and poor washing on my part. He explained his process and assured me that I would be happy with the results. He was right. He kept my car 2 days and texted me periodically on the process. When I picked up my car I was extremely pleased with the results. So it rained as I drove home and I was not happy, but it is what it is. He went to my house and explained every little thing he'll do with the car, very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I had an unfortunate minor accident in a parking lot when someone backed into my 2018 Mercedes and left multiple blemishes, some of which had stripped off the paint entirely. I had Julian come by my house a few days later to take a look at the damage. He gave me a fair and honest assessment of the overall work that would be required to restore the original appearance and the steps he could personally take himself to reverse some or most of the damage that had been done. After a couple of sessions involving touch up paint, buffing and cleaning, he was able to eliminate enough of the damage to render it virtually unnoticeable unless closely examined by someone who was aware of its location.
