I needed a repair done on a sedan resulting from rear ending another vehicle. All the estimates from regular body shops came in at a level that would cause the vehicle to be salvaged. I called Eric at Dent Express and asked him if I could come in for an estimate. He said sure. I made an appointment with him. He gave me an estimate that was Much, Much better than anything anyone else was quoting. I agreed to have him fix the car. He even gave me a ride back to my home. As I couldn't pick the car up that evening, he agreed to keep it in his shop overnight. When I returned to pick it up, the car looked great. The repair had been affected nicely. I had a dent from a door ding, and personally I know those are harder to fix than bigger dents that go inwards toward areas you can just push the dent out with your hand. Edgar did a great job! The staff here was super friendly and accommodating, the work took less than an hour. A different shop at a dealership was going to charge $2k just to take off the door check the frame, the whole works. Here was only $250. I am more than satisfied. We had already replaced one of our leased vehicles, and were planning on selling the old car for a profit when we came out one morning to find that someone on our street backed into the car and left. I was initially referred to Dent Express by an auto body shop as someone had slightly dented my side door last year. I asked my brother-in-law to go with me as I had never been to this business previously and wanted to ensure I was not taken advantage of. For those of you who are wary of business owners who lack integrity, I promise you this is a totally safe place and the two guys who work here are totally honest and trustworthy. Although I had my brother-in-law go with me on the first visit, I was so impressed with the incredible customer service, the integrity, the honesty and friendliness of the guy who greeted me (I apologize as I don't recall his name), I went back twice alone as I already knew I would receive excellent and fair service. The guy who greeted me and took my information (it's just him and the guy who does the repairs) was so incredibly kind and honest, and he remembered me from the first visit, which was months previously. The wait was only a few hours (I went to a friend's house while I waited), and the dent was repaired so well I honestly couldn't even tell my vehicle had ever been damaged! The price was completely reasonable, and I was even given a military discount (extra kudos this business for honoring military and veterans)! For those customers who have uploaded before and after pictures, thank you as the pictures do not lie. The work done at this shop is absolutely incredible. When I took my vehicle in to the shop there as still white paint from the car that had dented my vehicle (of course it was a 'hit and run' )however the removal of the dent was so complete the white paint was also gone. I emailed Eric (the owner) for an estimate and attached some pics of my dings. He responded quickly and we set a day and time for him to come to my apt and work on my car (2001 HONDA ACCORD COUPE). He arrived on time and called me to let him in to my gated community. I let him in but had to ask him to wait for me as I was running late from a previous appointment (I know, my bad ). Eric was calm and understanding and stated he would wait for me and do some paperwork. I arrived 30 min late and saw Eric was ready to work with his nice, well stocked truck of tools. I told Eric I was going to duck into my place and clean up and to call me when he finished. I went into my home and had a quick bite to eat and was going to jump in the shower when my cell phone rang. To my surprise it was Eric who stated he was all done! I went outside and sure enough he had completely repaired my door and quarter panel dents. There were no signs of any dent and the body work looked new! I paid Eric with my VISA card efficiently through his cell phone application and he emailed me a copy of the receipt. No fuss, no muss. Just like I like it! As Eric was getting ready to leave I asked him for some business cards so I could throw him some customers because he was a total professional, courteous, on time, and patiently waited 30 min for me to arrive. Moreover, he was knowledgeable, skilled, and was unobtrusive in his work (as I live in a gated community with sensitive neighbors). Anyway, I can't say enough good things about my experience! I was left feeling like I dealt with a professionally, skilled technician. Oh, and did I say the price was fair for the work repaired. I totally was left feeling good about my car and meeting Eric.
