I heard nothing, so last week, in JULY, I called to ask about the equipment. "Oh, it's fine!" In the meantime, I read some very questionable reviews, so wasn't expecting much today. However, it was a very positive experience! The parking garage attendant at the Four Seasons told me I should use Valet Parking, but no attendant was present, so I returned to the garage. He was very friendly and said I wouldn't even need to have my ticket validated. He would remember me. It was a very l-o-n-g walk to the hotel! Rolando, a Technician with 25 years experience, guided me through the Imaging procedure, explaining each step in the process. He was friendly, professional, and very competent. We even discussed our impressions of the ongoing World Cup Soccer competition. I was impressed!

She checked me in with ease and I waited in the waiting room. I helped myself to some coffee and waited patiently for my MRI. I have never gotten an MRI done before so I was very anxious and expressed my feelings to the technician. I was glad that the technician Robert was very attentive to my needs and talked me through the whole process. I was helped off the machine and was glad that everything went smoothly. My most recent experience was for a neck CT scan. Something I was dreading and really worked up about. Thankfully the staff here were all A+ at helping me navigate something that I was really freaked out by. It starts with the front desk and the man/women duo were friendly, all smiles and instantly gave warmth from the minute I signed in. They didn't know about my nerves but nonetheless they were really nice. The waiting room and back changing area is fine. Nothing specific to write home about but it's clean and they get you in and out so you don't spend much time in those areas. I'd definitely give kudos to the staff for being experts and kind. As I mentioned above the staff running the neck CT scan machine were great. Two gentlemen and I'm sorry I forgot their names (I'm on medical professionals overload - so many nice people too many names to retain). They knew I was scared and they did their best to support me and try to make the process as pleasant / streamline as possible. Even more impressive was when there was an issue post scan they called a doctor right away and got me safely assessed with record speed. It was a lot but solid nice staff make all of the difference.

Then they will reschedule you for two to three weeks after your initial scheduled date. This has happened to me three times with rolling oaks radiology. It is unacceptable. They say they do more mammograms now than ultrasounds. Their schedulers are not in house and are not reliable.

After waiting an hour for our doctor's office to send a new order, we were told the doctor was at lunch, fully booked for the day, and we would have to reschedule again. ​Driving 12 hours total across multiple weeks with absolutely zero care provided is unacceptable. The aloofness of the front desk personnel and the lack of internal communication is astounding. Management seriously needs to review patient files ahead of time to ensure everything is in order before forcing people to travel these distances.

She did Extra Corporeal Shockwave (ultrasound therapy) on some seriously tense scar tissue I had from the injury and it was like a 180. I had been going to physical therapy for years trying to loosen my thigh muscle and one session with her created more freedom than 2 years of weekly massages. I had more flexibility and range of motion immediately, and way less tension in my body. Most of my chronic pain is gone - and I imagine it will be totally with a couple more sessions - and I feel probably the best I have since surgery. These guys are awesome.
