There was plenty of it, which is rare compared to other Labcorp locations where parking is usually paid and a hassle. The office is small and was pretty full when I arrived, but even with an appointment, I was called back within just a few minutes. Bernice was handling everything during my visit, and she was amazing. The waiting room had several patients asking questions and feeling impatient, but she stayed calm, organized, and efficient the entire time while keeping things moving. She mentioned it's usually a two-person team, but they were short on supplies that day, so she was holding things down on her own, which made it even more impressive. When it was my turn, she was professional and kind. I usually have very difficult veins and often get poked multiple times, but she got it on the first try. Overall, top-tier service. I would definitely recommend this location. Just be patient if it's busy - they're working hard and doing their best.

Fortunately, the technicians were very kind and patient. My appointment was at 10:10 AM, and I only had to wait about 15 extra minutes, which wasn't bad considering how busy they were. My biggest complaint is the parking. The building charges $2 every 15 minutes, with a maximum of $20 per day, which I think is excessive. I normally park on the street, but because I was short on time, I decided to park in the building. I was there for less than an hour and ended up paying $8. Unbelievable! It was a good reminder to leave earlier next time so I can avoid paying for parking. The highlight of my visit was the technician who drew my blood. Her name is Susan (she's asian), and she's a floater. My veins are very difficult to find, but she located one on the first try, and the blood draw was completely painless. I wish I could request an appointment with her every time I need lab work done. She was definitely the best part of my visit.

Got there, there were about 7 people in the waiting area. On the tv, there was a sidebar of transparency regarding the order of patients, appt times, and standby patients. If you weren't able to check in via the link sent, there were two kiosks in the corner for easy check in. I was seen within 15 mins. Donna Mae (my phlebotomist) was polite, gentle, and expeditious. I was done in less than 5 mins, and I had 5 vials! I found street parking off Killion, which was super easy.

There are still no results. I have never waited this long for lab work. I will stick to USC or UCLA the next time I have orders. I gave Quest a chance and the other issue is that you can only communicate via email. I find that ridiculous given that the call is concerning the results of a medical test. The response took a couple days before I received it, and it specifically asked that I do not reach out to them again over my results. Definitely not the communication I was expecting.

I m a nurse myself & I warned her that the choice of vessel wasn't good but she dismissed my concern very rudely. So, the vein collapsed & not even half of tube was filled. I suffered a very huge 10 by 10 bruise that was not gone even after 2 weeks when I received a call from my dr that said I have to take another day off work & go to get another lab slip to repeat the stupid blood test bc there wasn't enough blood for the test & my bruise is not even healed yet. I'm extremely disappointed with the care my 17-month-old daughter received from Marci Spruill. She…read morehad been spiking fevers for several days, as high as 105, without any real cold symptoms. Given that she was hospitalized and intubated at 13 months, we were obviously terrified and I advocated for a full workup. I specifically asked for a urinalysis to rule out a UTI. Marci refused and told me, "kids this age don't get UTIs." She told us we needed to ride out the virus. After SEVEN days of my daughter continuing to spike fevers and be in pain, I took her to CHLA tonight. She has a UTI. A urine test may have been inconvenient and uncomfortable, but it would not have hurt to rule it out. When a toddler has ongoing high fevers without an obvious source, sometimes you have to look beyond the most obvious explanation--especially when a parent is telling you something isn't right. I specifically advocated for the test that ultimately diagnosed my daughter, and I was dismissed. If this review helps even one child avoid suffering for an extra week because a parent's concerns are taken seriously, then it's worth writing. Shame on you, Marci.

Super odd. However, they have a phlebotomist named Hannah that was at the front desk, took my information and brought me back and took my blood She was exceptional. Extremely friendly, respectful, very pleasant. Did her job very quickly and efficiently and she clearly saw how uncomfortable I was and just did an all-around great job respecting my discomfort and getting me out quickly. I do hope that the lab realizes the asset they have in Hannah.

The sign was up & Connie said that since they don't make any money off of Groupon, the owners won't honor my voucher which is now expired. I have spend hours over this issue & lost a substantial amount of money. Please be cautious with your time & money when you approach this establishment.
