I found out they were having a $10 spray tan special. When I arrived and told the attendant (the…read moreonly one there) what I wanted she couldn't seem to get the computer to bring up the $10 special. After 20 minutes she finally called her supervisor and whatever she did seemed to work and she took my $10. Then since a line had formed behind me (about 5 people) she helped them and I really didn't know what the procedure was - where the lotion and masks were and the like. She seemed too busy to offer much assistance and when she saw me come back out to the desk she looked at me like - do you need help? I said yes - I had never done it before. In short, she was nice but offered no assistance. Frustrated after being there for 45 minutes and getting no services or help I asked for my money back and said that I just decided to scrap the idea. She was nice enough about offering a refund. Bottom line - if you've never had a spray tan - don't go here. They don't have enough help and you won't get any assistance. They were nice but they need another person there to help newbies like me.

I do feel that people using regular beds take priority over spray tans. I haye having to wait for a booth to be cleaned while the attendant keeps assisting other customers. I was there first and checked in on line prior to arrival. Please don't make spray tan people wait while you severice 4 other patrons that are using regular beds.

The girls working had no clue how much 1…read moresession would cost but eventually told me it was $30 and that signing up for a membership with the current deal they had going on would be cheaper and that I could cancel whenever I wanted. The spray tan looked awful. This was not my first spray tan but the first 1 I had at this salon. I went in today to cancel my membership and was told that I could not cancel until after my first billing cycle. I was never told this when I signed up. The sign on the door says cancel anytime! I was never given a copy of the information I signed so there is no way I can look at that to determine if it says anything in the document about this. I would never recommend anyone go to this place.
