My homeowner's insurance company requested to have a 4 point inspection done. They also send me a list of companies performing this service. I choose the first company on the list, Malin Property Inspections. I called and made an appointment for the next day. Since I was ready to leave to Europe and time was of essence. Keith is very good at his job. I have hired him 2 times for inspection work. In both cases, he was on time, did his job efficiently, and then followed up by sending me the report within the same day. He is the owner of his own business and his work fits such responsibility.
