With a new home purchase on the line, I was stuck between a decision to use Truview or another competitor. From my first call to the company, staff were very professional and polite. They answered all questions I had regarding the process and the actual inspection. They were able to get me scheduled in under 24 hours, which was important because of an encroaching deadline. What ultimately swayed my decision to use Truview was the price. Other competitors, after offering a military discount - which Truview does not - still ran $100 above Truview's cost and didn't include the wind mitigation and four point inspection. The inspector (Armanni) was great - he arrived ahead of schedule and was polite and professional, and was very clear with his explanation of findings. The report was received within approximately an hour of the inspection completion, and all 97 pages detailed every possible deficiency you could imagine - from serious to ridiculously cosmetic. After receiving my report, I was unable to send the 4-point and wind mitigation reports by email for our insurance quotes. A quick call to Truview remedied that, and within 10 minutes each report was sent individually by email to permit easy transmission to the insurance company. Very happy with our choice. read more

This is a company I have used 8 times since 2020. In the beginning I would have given them 5 stars hands down. In reality, they have increased rates but not the service. The last inspector I got missed 3 items that my contractor caught Immediately. Additionally they promote other companies in their network instead of following up on customer satisfaction. I requested a 4-point inspection and wind mitigation report from this business based on yelp reviews. It's very rare that yelp lets me down but this was one of those occasions. I may have bad luck but I got a complete idiot names Luis Enrique Lopez Torres to do the inspection. You see- I'm not purchasing this house- just need something for insurance. This guy was determined to find issues in the house. He was examining the pool pump, going to areas where he has no business. We had a brand new roof which was inspected and approved by the city. He found issues even with that. The report he gave was incomplete with two sections left unfilled. Despite the roof meeting criteria for secondary water resistance per the florida code, he said it did not meet the criteria. It took numerous phones calls and emails to the company and involvement of Henri, the supervisor, to make numerous corrections needed to submit to insurance. I commend Henri the supervisor. I will not recommend these guys for an insurance inspection. read more

Once they do the inspection and take your money you're on your own. They made a mistake and did not want to correct it even though they admitted they made the error. I just want to say I am not paid to give this review. I am currently purchasing a new home , location Port Saint Lucie Fl. Because I live in Fort Lauderdale I arrived at the new home 30 minutes early , I did not want to be late for the inspection. While sitting in my car I see a tall , handsome, clean uniform and shoes man walked on the property. He was 15 minutes early. I just knew this was going to be a great experience. He introduced himself as Mason from Truview Inspections. First he went on the roof, around the outside of the building and check the windows. He look for any cracks on the walls. My Realtor and I went in side the home to wait for him. He came in the home with 2 fold up chairs because he states it will take a few hours. He states he wants us to be comfortable. I thought I died and went to heaven, lol. The home has 3 attics he went in all of them, he checked the appliances and found out the new dishwasher is not working, he found damage in different parts of the home. The builder was there and was shocked because he told me the home is new and there is nothing to worry about. What made me laugh to my self was when Mason put a little gadget in the microwave and he turned it on and it lit up , he checked the fridge, ice maker, the stove, oven, the trash disposal, dishwasher. under the sink, all the cabinets and that was just the kitchen, I looked at the builders face and his mouth fell open. Because Mason also took pictures and videos of everything he found and inspect. After a few hours Mason explained everything slow so I can understand his concerns, did I tell you guys the house is brand new? And Truview Inspections found a lot of concerns .I so impressed with Mason because of his tenacity, professionalism, he speaks to you with a smile, I just know Trueview Inspections gave him great training, I can see he loves and respect his job. Not realizing that zero was an invalid test, I assumed my house was fine only to be told later by another person that "how could any company have sent these invalid results to you? Get your money back." I called and they were at a loss as to how this got missed but my tests were all invalid and my money refunded. I bumped them up from 1 star because I got my money back.
