Instead, he sent irrelevant, generic pamphlets that had nothing to do with what was actually requested. This created years of unnecessary back-and-forth and stalled the entire legal process. What makes it worse is his complete disregard for communication. Emails from my lawyer often go ignored, and when he does respond, it's vague, misleading, or simply incorrect. I've been forced to keep paying my lawyer to chase after him for things he should have provided years ago. No client should ever have to beg for basic information or deal with such dishonesty from an attorney. His negligence has prevented my case from moving forward in a timely manner, and the burden he has created is beyond frustrating. I would not recommend Sam Feldman to anyone.
