I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, and I have always trusted and respected…read moreDr. Leong. She is knowledgeable, professional, and someone I have felt confident following medically. However, over the last couple of years, my annual appointments have consistently been with a physician assistant rather than with Dr. Leong. Unfortunately, my experiences with this provider have been disappointing. I have felt talked over during visits, not fully listened to, and at times treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. I raised these concerns previously and was told I would not have to see this provider again, yet at my most recent visit I was scheduled with her again. The most concerning experience occurred when I became extremely ill. My wife called the office to request medication for nausea and was told that if we did not hear back, we should check the pharmacy. There was no follow-up call and no prescription sent. For a patient of more than two decades, that lack of communication and care felt dismissive and unacceptable. I still have respect for Dr. Leong, but the overall patient experience has declined. Long-term patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for -- especially when acutely ill. I hope the practice and anyone thinking of joining takes this feedback seriously.

I saw him yesterday and he takes the time to cover why you are there, explains the treatments, and then the new medication he prescribe. I was in to see him early and had labs after and all was timely and very efficient. The Complete Health portal is one of the best of any we use.

My husband arrived to the office for his follow-up appointment and was told that Dr.Craig is refusing to treat him. They could have called him to let him know in advance before driving to the office. I have never heard of anything so petty in my life. These doctors don't care about their patients. They care about their pride and that dollar. Find another business to get better care.

I've never been to a more money-hungry scam of a doctor's office. I came here for an epidural…read more Somehow, they have organized this place so that they can charge you independently for as much as possible by using 3 "different" offices. 1. Southlake. Which I was charged for the original (consultation) even though they already had my MRI, symptoms, and knew I was referred for an epidural. Then, they charge you for a "doctor finder's fee" to set you up with their surgery center before you even have your appointment there. 2. Medplex. Medplex charged me for the surgery and also wanted to "outsource" anesthesia (Sweet Dreams Anesthesia) which isn't even needed for my procedure. They tried multiple times to convince me to get anesthesia even though I insisted on local. (An epidural is virtually just a steroid shot for those of you that do not know) 3. A follow up. Never in my life have I been charged for a follow-up after a procedure. Especially one where all they're gonna ask is "did it help?". They wanted $400 to ask me a single question. They attempt to get away with this though breaking up everything possible into multiple operations rather than one procedure to hit your insurance (or you if you're paying by yourself) for everything they can. I've had epidurals before, and they have never done what Southlake is doing. Avoid if you don't want to be scammed. P.S. The epidural did nothing This was the review I left on Google after a poor experience. After getting what I needed for a follow-up, I was banned from the practice. They did not call me. They scheduled me. I came into the office. I waited 20 minutes in an exam room to be told I was banned because of my review and would have to find another doctor. Looking through the reviews, it looks like I'm not the only person that this has happened to. Rather than improve your experience, take the feedback, and make their practice better, they'd rather just ban the people they don't agree with. Save yourself the effort and look elsewhere. P.S. Again: The administrative assistant was really sweet through this process and I appreciate her kindness.

I had a wonderful doctor there for a few months (Dr. Jerew) that had the heart of a physician, but he moved out of state. Although not a specialist, he helped quarterback my health care. I was turned away by the Covid nurse because I had other issues and she said it wasn't long covid. When asked about my heart rate getting too slow, she said, "drink some caffeine." And yet the specialists are saying my issues originated with Covid. After Jerew, I was sent to Kay Willoughby In October and I told her my struggles with PCPs and that I just needed bloodwork twice a year, treatment for infections (sinus, etc.), and refills for very simple medications that haven't changed in over a year. I offered every opening to say "no, go see another doctor."My specialists send updates and my care is not intensive nor does it require even Pallative care. Just simple refills for very simple medications. I was told last week that Dr. Willoughby requested that I move to an internist. No problem. I started looking and couldn't get an appointment before about a month. then I received a message saying she would not refill medication. These are very simple medications, but I have to be on them. So I'm left with no beta blocker Which is the smallest dose possible, but vital to my health. I do not recommend this clinic any longer. And that hurts my heart because my entire family has been patients for over 40 years.
